Checkmate: A Beginner's Guide To Chess Mastery & Killer Tactics
This beginner's guide has been helpful to our staff. For instance, I know how to move the pieces but never really had any strategy (just moving aimlessly about the board is NOT the way to win!) But now I know some basics like Fork, Pin and Skewer and have even learned some 'dirty tricks' ... would you believe I can now Zugzwang?
