Full disclosure. Andy, one of the authors of this book sent it to me. My review and opinion are my own. Super You introduces you to the future that is right under your nose. It also discusses what is about to happen that you may not know about. Most intriguing from my point of view was the last few chapters, that discuss how we will eventually live for at least double our current lifetimes. Fascinating reading.
