This is an upbeat book on finding joy. It doesn't take itself too seriously and the chapters are short and a bit quip-py, but nonetheless filled with some practical wisdom. It reminded me of the book Don't Sweat the Small Stuff...And It's All Small Stuff.

If you care to listen carefully, there are some wonderful gems to mine and put into practice. If you want a light read however, it's still a positive reminder that life is short and joy is out there (or in there) for you to experience, and why not stop making excuses and find it? And who doesn't need a reminder like that every now and again?

In fact, the read made me realize that it had been a long time since I'd had a massage, so I scheduled one. I guess as far as putting you in touch with your bliss - I can attest that it works!
