Gelezen voor een project over het verbeteren van supervisie op ons instituut… Helaas niet super bruikbaar. Het boek is enorm breed en gaat eigenlijk nergens diep op in, en alle voorbeelden zijn dusdanig op het Engelse systeem toegespitst dat ik ze eigenlijk niet kan gebruiken.
