4/5⭐️ okay this was better than I thought. We love a good smut novella. I picked this one up for a poolside read but I think I’ll actually read the two others in the series (I don’t think there’s more??).

Anyways, writing was good. Setting was good. Plot was great. I’ll have to look and see what novels this author has written as well.

Super cute quick read. Jonah is a police officer. He volunteers his time and works towards getting addicts in rehab and on their way to recovery.
Cressida is a lawyer. She wants to help those wrongly accused. She tries to deny her attraction to Jonah. It’s against office policy to date a cop.
When he rescues her after a night of drinking can they he friends?
Jonah wants more. What are these two willing to give up to be together, or is a friendship all that they can offer.
Jonah like his brothers is a true cinnamon roll. Hot and hard on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside.
Entertaining read.

Tempt Me More is a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, curvy girl gets her hunky cop romance. Cressida is a sassy and curvy public defender. Jonah is a hunky police officer. He has been crushing on Cressida for some time, but she claims to hate him (she doesn't) but knows they can't date as police officers aren't allowed to date the public defenders. But their chemistry and attraction are too hard to ignore. What will they do? The chemistry was super hot, the angst was low, and the ending was happy. This was a great short and spicy read. I loved the teasing and bantering between the two. Jonah was completely swoon-worthy.

I loved Tempt Me More. Jonah really wants Cressida. For some reason she doesn’t like him. Cressida thinks he’s a ladies man plus she’s not allowed to date police officers. When he ends up helping her, she sees a different side of him but she can’t give up her job. Jonah has a way foe the, to be together but is he ready for it? I loved the storyline and the characters. A short and sweet read. I would definitely recommend this book.

Tempt me More is fast and fierce! Officer Jonah lights Public Defender Cressida’s fire at first sight, but he is forbidden to her because of her job. So of course that makes her all the hotter for him—and more conflicted than ever. She is a fierce fighter for her career—and her beliefs. Jonah is equally passionate about his work—and Cressida—and I love how the author continues to throw them together and lets the chemistry sizzle and spark. This is a short hot read that is so much fun!

Jonah is a police officer with a deep passion for what he does. Cressinda is the defense attorney who fight with everything she has. When Johan and Cressinda are in the same room, sparks fly, but the career forbid any type of relationship.

This is a short steamy read that has you on the edge as Jonah and Cressinda navigate between their hearts and their careers. A good story for an afternoon break away.

Loved This One!!!

I absolutely loved this story. Didn’t love reading other stories out of order but I’ll know now to look for it all first. Cressida Birdwell, Lawyer for the Public Defender Office. Jonah Griffin, Police Officer, from a family of Firefighters. Cressida doesn’t like Jonah. They exchange bickering each time they come in contact with each other. Petra Cressida’s best friend was with her while on break from her boyfriend. It was Friday Night Ladies Night at Mercury Slice and Petra wanted pizza and talked Cressida into going there and… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊

Jonah has eyes for public defender, Cressida. He dedication to her clients is admirable but she does not seem to like him. Until one night she is out drinking and he brings her home. He finds out she cannot have a relationship with him, it is in her contract.

How are they going work it out, when they want each other?.

This is a great short story, well written and a feel good story from beginning to end. Jonah and Cressida are a perfect couple, but she’s a defense lawyer and he’s a cop. They can’t date or be together due to their jobs. But love finds a way. I loved this short story. It’s a perfect sweet and steamy read.

Romance rapido e direto ao ponto, com um casal cativante. Eu imaginei que teria um pouco mais de trama, talvez em relação às drogas, que é uma das áreas de atuação do mocinho policial. Mas com um livro tão curto não deu para aprofundar em nada além do romance mesmo. Ainda assim foi bem legal de acompanhar e eu recomendo!

Jonah's a cop who can't help noticing the new public defender. Cressida is a newly minted uptight lawyer. She keeps undistinguished doesn't like him but changes her mind after he makes her breakfast. He even changes careers so they can be together!

Great ending to this series as the last brother finds his woman who matches his heart. Loved the underlying attraction and the fight to keep lines from being crossed and jobs safe.

Jonan and Cressida story is the final book of The Griffin Brothers series. It's a great read that had me hooked from the first page. The series has been a great journey to take with this author.
