The Collaboration Book is one of those reads that quietly sneaks up on you.

It’s not flashy, it’s not trying to reinvent the wheel… but it’s smart. The kind of smart that makes you pause mid-page and think, “ok, that actually makes sense.”

What I really liked is how practical it is. This isn’t one of those books full of big, abstract ideas about teamwork that sound great but are impossible to apply. It’s grounded. Real. Focused on how people actually behave when they work together: the good, the bad, and the slightly frustrating.

It breaks down collaboration in a way that feels almost obvious… but only after you’ve read it. Things like trust, clarity, and communication are explored in a very no-nonsense way, without overcomplicating them.
