Knot So Charming: A Fun, Heartwarming Romantic Comedy
She plans weddings, he captures them. When sparks fly, will their picture-perfect facade turn into real love?
Kiara The wedding planner queen with a sharp tongue and a heart hidden under lock and key. Me? Just a guy capturing love through a lens. Sparks fly when we're forced to fake it as a couple for Bangalore's grandest wedding. It's a wild ride of snarky banter and electric glances. But behind her sassy comebacks, there's a flicker of something real. Question is, are we turning this pretend play into our own love story? Or are we just two stars destined to twinkle apart?
Arjun Mr. Charming, wedding photographer extraordinaire. To me, he's a headache wrapped in a smile. We're like oil and water, especially since I'm immune to his playful banter and easy charm. But when we're thrust into pretending to be a couple, everything changes. It's a circus of mixed signals and crazy encounters. His lighthearted jests clash with my guarded heart, sparking more than just annoyance. Trouble is... I'm not so sure if this charade is just for show anymore.
In "Knot So Charming," Sudha Nair weaves a narrative rich with humor, heart, and the nuances of love. Can Kiara and Arjun traverse the path from a fake relationship to true love amidst the glitter and chaos of wedding planning?
Uncover in this vibrant tale where love and laughter might just lead to happily ever after.
Curl up with this feel-good, unforgettable love story with a comedic mix of tension, misunderstandings, undeniable chemistry, sizzling kisses, and a little spice.

Released just this February, “Knot so charming” is a romantic journey of Kiara, a talented wedding planner and Arjun, a brilliant wedding photographer, both of whom are trying their hardest to make their mark in the cut- throat and competitive world of Indian weddings!!
The author skillfully takes you on a roller coaster ride through the chaos of a big fat Indian wedding. As you know, Indian weddings leave no room for error; everything must go according to plan, or risk upsetting not just the bride, but the entire family. Braving these challenges Kiara and Arjun are trying their best to make a wedding happen and also trying to come to terms with their feelings for each other.
I'm usually not a fan of the forced dating trope because it often leads to over-the-top situations that I find hard to believe. But with the wedding theme of the book, it totally works for me! The 'He Falls First' romance trope adds an extra layer of excitement and allure. And despite my usual reservations, the way it's woven into the story doesn't feel implausible at all.
I absolutely adored both Kiara and Arjun! They're incredibly well-written and utterly lovable characters. I admire how the author crafted them to be equally unique and charming. And Kiara's relationship with her grandmother? It's the sweetest thing ever! The way the author narrates their daily interactions is just so comforting and heartwarming.
While I thoroughly enjoyed "Knot So Charming," I couldn't help but notice occasional elementary language and clichéd dialogues that felt somewhat juvenile. However, these minor critiques don't overshadow the novel's overall impact and charm.
In conclusion, "Knot So Charming" is a delightful blend of relationships, fun, and romance. If you're a fan of love stories intertwined with the vibrancy of Indian weddings, this book is an absolute must-read! Trust me, there's nothing 'Knot so Charming' about it—I would recommend it!

Ever thought wedding planning could be the perfect setup for romance? Well, "Knot So Charming" by Sudha Nair is here to prove it—with all the charm, chaos, and crazy relatives you’d expect from a big, Indian wedding! Imagine trying to pull off the “perfect” wedding while dealing with a hyper-competitive industry, relatives with sky-high expectations, and just a hint of romantic tension. Kiara, a talented wedding planner, and Arjun, a brilliant photographer who has a knack for capturing moments…and maybe hearts, too.💕
The story follows their attempts to make a wedding happen without any disasters (good luck with that!) while simultaneously wrestling with their feelings for each other. Their journey has it all: the stress of making everything flawless, the hilarity of last-minute mishaps, and the warmth of a blossoming romance. Arjun’s steady admiration for Kiara is the icing on the cake—a perfect twist for fans of the “He falls first” trope!💖
As for the book’s title, "Knot So Charming" couldn’t be more spot-on! This romance is full of "knotty" situations, but it’s nothing short of charming in all the right ways. Sudha Nair knows just how to balance humor, heart, and tradition, making you feel like you’re right in the middle of the wedding chaos. The vibrant details, especially the interactions between Kiara and her sweet, no-nonsense grandmother, add a dash of coziness to the fast-paced story.
Sure, there are a few clichéd lines here and there, but when the charm is this strong, who cares? If you’re ready for a love story set amidst the glitz and frenzy of Indian weddings, this book should be on your TBR list.
(Note: It's a first book of "The wedding whisperers series)

The plot seemed too easy at times, with the story always taking the easiest way out of a conflict that was setup. Especially the final conflict on the last day of the wedding - Pinky telling Kiara that it was Arjun being Kiara's support all along. Why would Arjun who admitted that he believed in Rahul's lie about Kiara not wanting him back, suggest Kiara to Pinky. The conflict points were good, but almost all of them have been resolved by taking the easiest way out.

this was a cute story and i enjoyed the characters, but the writing style wasn't great in my opinion. it read kinda like a secondary school assignment which has put me off reading the rest of the series, but a fun time nonetheless.
