"You tell me..." I smacked my lips together, pretending his anger didn't bother me at all.
"You're confusing me." A growl reverberated from his chest as his hands coiled into fists. He was ready to walk away when I held my palm against his chest. His eyes delved deep into mine, and I could see his desire growing.
"You can have any female you want, and yet here you are, chasing after me when you know exactly that I don't like you." Cass has once again delivered an exceptional reading experience with book 3 in the Black Shadow Pack series. The charming playboy Gamma Aaron Montrell encounters his perfect match when he meets Janna Galhart, his Alpha's younger sister. From the beginning, they exhibit a tendency to disagree, frequently engaging in heated exchanges. Their dynamic is reminiscent of childhood playground antics, where a boy might pull a girl's pigtails, yet deny any affection. As they navigate their initial differences, their chemistry becomes increasingly palpable 🔥🥵. The romantic tension 🌶️🌶️ is expertly crafted, making their relationship utterly captivating. Janna proves to be the perfect little wolf 🐺 to tame our big bad Gamma, Aaron. Their pairing is truly endearing, and I found myself thoroughly engrossed in their story, unable to stop reading.

I’ve read all of Cassandra’s books and this is one of my favorite. It delivers on the playboy turned one-woman-guy. And our young FMC slowly falling for him is so satisfying. This story delivers on the actual romance, as well as the smut, and makes you want the two leads to end up together. There’s also a lot of time spent between the two characters (so it’s a real “show them falling in love” type of story). If you enjoy anger and frustration developing into love in a believable way, this is absolutely the story for you.

He holds a special place in my heart — especially since he’s Clairy’s brother.
It's the third book in the series and I highly recommend reading the first two . I absolutely loved reading this book. The angst and banter between Aaron and Janna had me laughing, but the exchanges between the Alpha and Gamma were priceless!
A beautiful love story with a perfect happily-ever-after and definitely something worth rereading.
And with this, we come to the end of the Black Shadow Pack boys! 🖤🐺

Aaron and Janna have had a contentious relationship ever since Aaron mistakenly thought Janna was an intruder on the pack’s territory, frightening her during their first encounter. As Aaron and Janna's relationship evolves from animosity to romance, they face a series of challenges that bring them closer together, prompting Aaron to come to Janna's aid and leading to significant personal growth and development for both characters.
Loving The Gamma is one of my favorite go to rereads. Which captured my heart with its spicy scenes, the witty banter between the duo, swoon-worthy shared moments, and a guaranteed HEA.

I love the story of Janna and Aaron. It reminds me of how people bicker when they like each other. You never want to admit it but you can’t deny it. It’s a lot of misconceptions but with a happily ever after. Cassandra really has a way with words. I really recommend that you read this book. I love that it’s a stand alone but I definitely feel that you should read all of her books.

This book has a lot of ups and downs, but also a lot of fun and caring moments. Cassandra always has a way to bring her characters to life and make you feel like you're right in the pack with the characters.

I loved being able to follow each ranked member of this one pack and reading each love story no matter how difficult the odds were against them. Aaron and Janna are both wonderful characters and the book keeps you guessing what could happen next. Keep them coming Cass!

Don't we all love a book about bad boys falling in love with one person? This is exactly this. The characters that are weaved by Cassandra is so well entwined that you will definitely want to read all of the 12 books. I sure did. :)

Cassandra M. has completely outdone herself with Loving the Gamma! I’ve been hooked on the Black Shadow Pack series from the start, but this one really hit me in the feels. Aaron has always been the charming player of the group, so watching him fall for Janna — his best friend and Alpha’s sister — was everything. The tension, the chemistry, the push and pull between them… I couldn’t stop reading!
What I loved most was seeing Aaron’s growth. He goes from being all fun and flirty to someone who’s completely devoted and protective, and it feels so genuine. Janna is strong and independent, but she also brings out the best in him. Together they just work — it’s that perfect mix of forbidden and fated.
You can totally read this as a standalone, but if you’ve read He’s My Alpha and The Beta Is Mine, you’ll appreciate all the little connections and the deeper layers to the pack dynamics. Knowing the backstory made Aaron’s transformation even more satisfying.

Ah, young love. That's the first thing that comes into my mind when I set my eyes on this book.
The story: Their relationship began with pure hate for each other, but soon blossomed into attraction and love. With the possibilities of being mates really low and the Claiming preventing them from being together, the chances for Aaron and Janna to be a couple are slim. However, the Moon Goddess always hears her children's deepest wishes!
Things I loved in this book:
- As I already mentioned, this book is, for me, the epitome of young love. Pure, innocent and unconditional love and the sacrifices one has to make in order to be with the one for them.
- That Aaron changed his whole life in order to conquer Janna. From a playboy, he became a proper gentleman.
- The Brotherhood of the pack. The Alpha, Beta, and Gamma were always there for each other, no matter what.
- The steamy and spicy scenes were hot!!!
- I loved Aaron's words in the ring he gave Janna.
- There was also a playful tone in Aaron's lines that made me smile.
It's not the first time I've read this book, and won't be the last. Loving the Gamma is my favorite book from the BSP Series (1st gen), and I highly recommend it!

This is Book 3 in the Black Shadow Pack. Is the first book I read in the series, and though it could be read as a standalone, I suggest to read the books in order of publications. Loving the Gamma is a forbidden love story between the Alphas's half-sister and his Gamma. Yikes! Janna is a half breed and is sent to her estranged brother's pack to help her during her first shift. Aaron is a manwhore with an up and down relationship with another female warrior when Janna arrives to the pack. The soon enemies-to-lovers will have to overcome obstacles, starting from the Alpha's disapproval, in order to be together. Is cute, I loved the banter between Janna and Aaron, have plenty of steamy scenes, heartwarming moments and heartbreaking too but is a HEA warranty.

What a book! Loving the Gamma is my favorite book from the BSP trio!
Their innocent young love, their back and forth, and the way they fight for their HEA are worth the read!
This book is a page-turner and hooks you from the first instant!
I don't know how many times I've read the chapters in the club! Really they are my favorite ones.
And the ones in the hospital made me very emotional.
Oh, Cassandra M, you do know how to evoke tears from our eyes. Show some mercy to your readers :-P

ALWAYS a great book, and read by author Cassandra M!!! I am never disappointed after I have read one of her books, and Loving The Gamma is no exception!! Part of her Black Shadow Pack series it was SO enjoyable and well written! Full of all the elements a book needs for a five star rating! Loving The Gamma is the story of Aaron and Janna and it is
a Werewolf Paranormal romance that will hold you enthralled and glued to the book until the very last page!! I could be more detailed with my review, but I think that if you are interested in this type of genre, you can read the book and find out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed!!

The story of the big wolf and his little wolf.
Aaron, the gamma of Black Shadow pack was calling his alpha's sister: little wolf, even before he realised he was falling for Janna.
His gamma instincts never faltered when it was about his little wolf, he was always there protecting her.
The attraction was there from the beginning, hidden behind their bantering, they would constanlty provoke each other - sprinkled with humor.
One of the first books reading about a gamma. Cassandra M did a great job creating Aaron, the first gamma from her series, and our favorite gamma. 💛

Aaron and Janna are such a beautiful couple. I loved how their characters grew (especially from their first encounter LOL). But the way they both grew, cared for each other, fought, but knew where their hearts were, I just loved it and love them. And seeing the characters from Books 1 + 2 stepping in and once again proving "no one gets left behind", this series continues to prove how powerful friends, bonds and love are, and that they protect and are there for one another. I highly recommend, but you will definitely want to start with Book 1 for full understanding!

Another amazing book from Cassandra M. One of my favorite tropes is enemies to
Lovers and this one did not disappoint. The tension, the banter, the continuous of pushing each others buttons was just perfection.
You can absolutely feel the pull from
The beginning. The constant denial that Aaron has because she is the alphas little sister and he’s the gamma. He keeps acting annoyed whenever he needs to go get her from
Places or watch her, but it’s these moments where we see the magic happen. Janna is just what this big bad wolf needed in the end.

This is the 3rd book of the Black Shadow Pack series- Aaron and Janna's story. Just when you think you can't love characters anymore then the first two couples, the author gives you these two. They are so cute together. These two made me laugh so many times throughout the book. Once again the author does not disappoint and keeps you intrigued with the story throughout the book. You won't be able to put this one down either. Just buy it!! It is absolutely worth it.

Gamma Aaron is everything. This book was so hot and steamy 🥵 and he is my favorite Gamma. He knew exactly what he wanted and fought for it. My type of guy.
