Fast paced action and nail-biting suspense.
I absolutely adored the MFC, she's a take no prisoners, badass woman who, although in a pretty tight spot, doesn't lose herself to the "poor me's".
She's trained and has experience and uses that to help herself.
The MMC is everything you want from a military man, great leader, strong character and a sharp mind. His team supports him but doesn't follow blindly.
The villains will make you want to jump in there and teach them a lesson.
What I really enjoyed is that, amongst the action and adventure there's a love story, but it's not all hearts and roses, they work for the trust and, even the instant attraction and sparks flying, doesn't make them forget the danger they are in.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a different kind of military romance.

This book's military suspense genre is new to me, but the cover drew me to this book, and I'm glad it did. This is a great read! I was surprised at the fast pace of the story and the suspense. The action is intense and well-written, adding to the overall tension of the story. Overall the character growth is top-notch, my girl Maxine ‘Max’ Smith is a strong female character and stubborn 😂 but in a good way.

wild ride !!
This was a great book !
While it might not be everyone’s cup of tea it was mine !!
There is a great amount of research that went into the book !! So if military details and I mean lots of details aren’t for you then maybe this book isn’t.
I throughly enjoyed the ins and outs, the details, the story was great !!
The banter, the drama, the mystery. Yepp all for me !
