As a child, seeing bioluminscence while getting ready for bed on the sailboat was always a "highlight." It was the most beautiful thing that you could stir up the water and the tiny creatures would glow for you in the ocean.
I think this book is put together well for young people to learn more about bioluminescence. I like that it aims to get readers to think more deeply about the topic.
I suppose I am not giving a glowing review, but I think the nature, itself, is what deserves the 5 out of 5 stars.
