SO GOOD. She has all the romance bits we love without losing good storytelling. I’m so excited for the next books! I did find a romance theme I am not into, but she didn’t loose me. I was still able to enjoy the book even I I found a “genre” I am not into. I will definitely be recommending this to all my fellow romance readers.

Leans into the trope without making it weird
I've read a ton of DD/lg books, and the tropes in them can be painful - instant submission, every lg wears diapers happily in the end, almost dated mates levels of coincidence, it goes on and on. This book sees those tropes, leans into them just enough to make it fit the bill, but steers clear of the worst of it with a deft hand and a smirk. Great pacing, world building (it appears to be the first in a series) and while it has a HEA, you really are glad they got there.

Such a good story
Looking forward to the rest of series.The brothers all have great back stories and future ones. Are calling and grifter next? Good editing Well done plot with a good twist.Well developed characters with good emotional development Don’t do story synopsis so the reader can ENJOY the reading experience.

Wonderful story of a woman finally who got her own pirate.
Learning to stand up for yourself while you get stronger too.
The unfortunately, the trauma Sophie endured was unbelievable and without the love and support of Ethan who knows what would have happened to both her and Callie.
On to the next book in this series.

This book was amazing! It was a slow burn and that's not what I normally read but this was SO GOOD!The story was amazing! I can't wait for more by Pixie Parker!

excellent first work!
I have genuinely enjoyed this book. There’s excellent narration, excellent inside thought, and purple prose was kept to a minimum.
Overall extremely cute sweet read.
Only con was the low amount of age play. It didn’t detract from the story whatsoever.

Excellent book!

Absolutely loved this book. Had plenty of drama as well as the Daddy/Little aspects without it being all about sex and age play. It kept me wanting to know more as the storyline progressed. I am hoping to read more of this authors books.

I couldn’t put it down
Finished the book in two days, while it wasn’t as detailed in the steamy department like I usually look forward to, it still held my attention to look past it. In all the smut I have read that had NEVER happened!

So cute and thoughtful and it warmed my fucking heart

The only thing that pissed me off was the over sexed best friend bc it felt like she was men crazed and I always hate that BUT to her credit I loved how supportive she was of Ethan and Sophia’s relationship

I loved Eithan and Sophie; they were so sweet together. I really enjoyed the world that was created, with well-developed characters and a thoughtful plot. I just wasn't ready for it to end.

Delightful DDLG book
This is one of the best DDLG books I have run across. For those new to the DDLG lifestyle, you learn right along the way as Sophie does. The rich, handsome Ethan sees the Perfect Little right at the beginning, when he helps to rescue her, and falls more in love with her every step of the way. Sophie has always felt the misfit and struggles with her life. Add in a gorgeous best friend, a job from hell, a murder and blackmail, Sophie’s favorite children’s story about Ruthie & the pirate Captain Harlow, and Ms Parker has all the elements to a great book. If you want a quick DDLG story with emphasis only on sex & spankings, this is not the book for you. Well crafted, Pixie Parker! I’m looking forward to reading the next one.

I loved this story!! Ethan and Sophie are so cute together!! Sophie gets into trouble at her job witnessing the owner of the club kill someone and craziness pursues leading her to Ethan. He helps her become the Little that she always felt like by letting her open up and be herself, he gave her strength and encouragement that allowed her to focus her mind and words, and love likes she’s never had before! We got to meet some of the people that will be in the other books as well Ethan’s brothers, his Aunt Carol, Ethan’s assistant Evie and Sophie’s best friend Callie. All are characters that I got good feelings from! I’m excited to read more in this world!!

Neglected little Sophie had never been good enough until she met her Daddy, Ethan. Callie had been her only love, support, and comfort but that's not the same as a real Daddy. Ethan proves himself over and over to her to earn her trust. Most of the DD/lg stories I read are like this with one exception, Ethan is also a strong Dom and that is incorporated into this story, ie: she has to sit on the floor at his feet occasionally. This is less about the nurturing and more about his trust and strength and loyalty. I loved Ethan's playful side, and I can't wait for the others' stories! Good job! I would reccomend this book.

Super cute story. Not really any age play, and the ddlg elements were very light. But the relationship was sweet and all the characters were vibrant. I need the next book yesterday!

Enjoyed this read from an author new to me
It’s the first in the series and am I ever so disappointed in the fact there are no others yet written.
Felt like a fresh new writing style, lots of smartly interwoven bits and groundwork for two other stories that I am looking forward to reading.

A perfect "Little" read
This was such a great book, and I can't wait for the next book in the series! It had a great storyline with equally great spice throughout it. I loved all of the side characters throughout it. I'll be excited to read Callie and Griff's story as well.

The right amount of fluff, with super protective H with TSTL h, is the perfect recipe. The blurb is a bit misleading though, Ethan is not as strict as the blurb wants us to believe. This might not be for everyone but I liked funny bits -
