What happens when your ex-boyfriend becomes America’s most sought-after bachelor?

Just ask Marley, whose former beau bursts onto the reality TV dating scene as she’s about to embark on the most important event of her the dreaded bar exam. Between cramming the books and vying for a coveted lawyer job, the last thing Marley needs is to become a social media villain. If she can find a way to crawl out from the fall-out, she just may save her imploded career and fractured relationship with the man of her dreams.

Charlotte, a socially awkward germophobe, is willing to do anything to reach her one and only making partner at her law firm. Even if that means learning to socialize with the worse people on the planet, her knuckle-dragging co-workers. When she meets deckhand Jake on a work trip, he changes her outlook on life, and offers the one thing she never thought she’d find.

Sometimes you read a book that just makes you feel happy - in your mind and heart. This sweet multi generational story explores romance, self exploration and coming of age

I loved how this story could be read as a stand alone for these characters but if you read the first in the series you’ll love the continuation.

These three fierce female characters all at different stages of their lives: Marley fighting to become an attorney and balancing her love life, Bella in her formative years dealing with the growing pains of friendship and crushes l and charlotte a woman who is independent strong and fierce but trying to find her way.

I loved the invisible string that tied these characters together how their stories formed an interconnected extended family. Readers will find something to relate to in each character.

A little spicier than the first story I love the chemistry of Sam and Marley. I adored Sam and their love story. Some of those scenes wow I felt it to my toes!

Loved this installment and as much as I want to read the third and final story I’m not ready to say goodbye - but am ready to see some bachelor cross over and some hi jinx for sure.

Love this version of Cape May, love these stories and love these characters!!

Another fabulous beach read! It’s a quick read and some lovable characters make an appearance. Super cute and again some memorable places show up where all the Philly/Jersey Shore locals will know exactly where they are.

Read the first book in this series last summer and just like the first one, I devoured this one in a day! Fun beach read no matter where you’re located but if you’re in the OC/Avalon/Philly area this should definitely be added to your summer Tbr! You’ll love all the characters and it’s a blast to read a summer book that takes place in your area.

Next one comes out july 2024 and I’ll be dropping whatever I’m doing to read it!

This book was another fun, quick read. I didn’t like it quite as much as the first one but I did enjoy it still. I loved the crossover with the characters from the first story.

I thoroughly this light hearted second book in the Cape May Series. We pick up with Marley and Sam and the bar exam. Sam passes, Marley fails, and Sam gets a job at their law firm. Sam becomes Marley's boss which is not working out, so Marly moves to the DAs office, and sadly Marley and Sam find themselves on the opposite sides of some cases, so they need to take a relationship break. It about kills both of them, so after Marley passed the bar on her next try, she and Sam open a law practice together. We also meet Charlotte, a classic germaphobe whose only ambition is to make partner. But she is also socially awkward and her boss needs her to be more social. She meets Jake on an office sponsored boating outing and much to her surprise she becomes friendly with him and he help with her awkwardness. Then there is 15 y/o Bella and her 8 y/o brother Eli who adores her. She is going through typical teenage problems with not so great friends and boyfriend issues, and pushing to get a new iPhone. She meets "ride Guy" when her brother wants to ride the Viper on the boardwalk.
