This is a series of essays from successful speakers. Some are pretty good (like the one on humor) but most are so basic that they're not helpful. And there's a lot of redundant advice, too. I've read a lot of speaking and I'd recommend you read the other books, not this one.

Awesome collection of the kings of the podiums that each brings a very interesting perspective about speaking profession.
