It is an amazing book for children! I like it so much. The best part is that the book is interesting for children from 2 up to 8 years... I thought it would be more suitable for 3-4 years children. However, the first question from the older children was, if there were other books about Astro. So, it was success. Images are portraying emotions so well, that the children immediately feel empathy and they suggest different options to solve the situation. And now, when the kids do not want to share, it is enaugh to say "Astro!" as a wake up call for them.
Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.

In the book "Astro the Alien Learns about Sharing," by Emily Sohn does a wonderful job of explaining the concept of sharing to students who do not like to share or do not think they should share. Once again, this series of books takes the subject of the book and gives the teacher suggestions on how she can take the book to the next level--applying the subject of sharing or not sharing to her students lives.

Astro the Alien is a series of children's books. In this adventure Astro makes chocolate chip cookies. When Eva and Ben comes over Astro takes most of the cookies for himself. Eva and Ben get upset and Astro realizes he has to share. The book goes on from there with different ways to share and the benefits of sharing with friends. Astro is adorable as are Eva and Ben. I found this book very bright and cheerful and will hold any child's interest. This is a great bedtime story, beginning reader for any child.
