After the professor goes through a rough breakup his buddy takes him to Florida for the summer where he hooks up with a younger woman who takes control making the mmc not able to get the night out of his mind he never expecting to see her again.
school starts back up the professor still unable to get the women out of his head til he walks into his classroom and she is there.
The FMC brings the professor to his knees literally she wants control in her life and has found a way to have it with the professor.
But they both have a lot to lose if word gets out.
this has light dom/sub in it, and ends on a cliff hanger leaving me wanting more.

I wanted to read some sexy, something fun which this book definitely offered! However, I could not believe how emotional it was from the mental health standpoint. I related SO MUCH to the MMC and the FMC despite him being a 40yr old professor and her a 21yr old student. Their anxieties were my own and it really only made me cheer them on even more as a couple.
Their dynamic is not the typical student x professor because SHE is the one in charge and takes care of her professor. He is submissive to her and lives for her praise while she relishes in finally being in control of something in her life. The tension and their banter was ALMOST more delicious than when they finally "get together" and you can tell their relationship is so much more than a fling.
I feel like this book was empowering for women, entertaining, and overall a very healing read for me. I can't wait to read volume 2!

This book had ALL the spice and then some! Nothing hits quite like a student and professor relationship! Throw on an age gap and a handsome professional who has recently taken a blow to his ego and a young woman who is dying for control and you get this master piece! Although this book was filled with ALL THE SPICE it has an addicting storyline that kept me turning to the next page! The ending has me nervous and excited for what is to come! The ending was the perfect cliffhanger!

OMG WHERE DO I START. Poor professor Joshua was left with no explanation. His Bestie Eddie had plans for the summer go to Florida and just forget about everything! Then this Blue eyed blonde catches him when he just wants a one night stand……So he thought! This is literally edge of your seat 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ cliffhanger! I almost died when I read that last page

I loved this book! I didn’t expect to get sucked in as much as I did. I was so excited to keep reading until it got to the end and just basically ended on a cliffhanger. I didn’t know this book was still ongoing and the rest of the chapters are on kindle Vella and u have to pay for it. It sucks because now I’ll never know the rest of the story.

Holy smokes. I tore through this book so fast. The plot and characters were compelling, and the sex was mind melting. Watching Josh and Cassie try and navigate their dynamic and relationship only made me thirsty for more.

The more I have thought about this book and talked about aspects of it over with people, the better the book gets. I have recommended this book heavily to 3 people already and will likely keep going.

Firstly, thank you Lizzie for providing me an advanced copy. I was obliged to DNF this book, the writing was good but I didn’t feel any chemistry between them, I found the smut a little cringe and everything goes too fast, a moment he was just talking about his ex, which I didn't really like and the next day he was already possessive towards her. I didn't want to force myself more than that.

Oh my god I loved this!!! I can’t wait for more! Joshua is such a real and interesting character, and the uncommon dynamic between him and sunny but demanding Cassie is even more fascinating!! I loved watching them navigate the relationship between the sub/dom AND the professor/student dynamic. The spice is the perfect mix of action and emotion!

I really like the dynamic between Joshua and Cassie, even though she is his student. They definitely have a learning curve to go through due to age difference and what not of overall relationships. Good timeline and everything is clear, with very little grammar or punctuation errors. Some good spice too 😁🔥🔥

It is a originally published on Kindle Vella, and I hope there would be enough chapters soon for next volumes, because I'm enjoying Joshua's and Cassie's story. I enjoyed the character development though I did kinda want him to grow a pair and own her just once but I also understand the dynamics in why that wasn’t to happen! I believe there are other books in this world from the author! Give it a go!
