Launching and Marketing the Write Way for Self-Publishers on KDP--How to Promote Your Book to Rank Well on Amazon: Beginner's Guide on Marketing Techniques ... for Online Sales

Congratulations! You’ve published a book. Now what?

You’ve put your writing skills to the test, and you’re ready to begin your author business. You may know about branding your covers, have a pricing strategy, and are ready to build customer relationships but have no idea how to approach social media marketing with the millions of options out there. Which ideas are a waste of your time and money? You’ve also read not to spam your friends and family with purchase requests, so how do you find your target audience and use a social media marketing strategy with creative advertising? Why is simple storytelling so difficult? It doesn’t have to be.

You can find a ton of information on market research, digital advertising, complicated marketing plans, and every expensive promotion strategy in the publishing industry. It’s enough to make your head spin. Where is book advertising for dummies when you need it? Read on.

If you studied my book on self-publishing, you know now that exposure is the name of the game and ranking well is paramount to making sales. Of course you hate planning social media campaigns and search engine optimization—many authors do. You don’t want to “sell yourself” and think that marketing only consists of myriad book signings and conferences, lugging big boxes of paperbacks you hope to sell. Right? At least you’ll need to join scores of blog tours and buy every promo you can afford, right? Well, you don’t have to do all that—and you shouldn’t.

Again, this isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme. It’s not a trick and probably not even secret techniques you couldn’t find eventually. But that’s it—I’ve already done the hard work and will share what information you need and what you should throw out. You will learn in this book how to launch your new release and what you need to do first, second, and third after publishing. There is a launch strategy checklist of promotions I use and where to go for online marketing/digital advertising. Check out the step-by-step guide on Amazon Ads with screenshots, read how and what to bid and why these ads will help you, and we will talk about writing great ad copy that appears on your competitors’ sales pages!

We will also go over creating free advertisements to use as Bookbub ads that you can also post on Instagram and across your social media platforms, as well as your personal banners. Did you know it is better to be active on one social media site than to spam the world with “BUY ME” messages on every site you can sign up to? Find out why and what to do to make the most of your sales and promotions with effective tips and techniques for your advertising campaigns. Learn about author websites and newsletters and how to find subscribers.

Don’t miss this sequel to Self-Publishing on KDP the Write Way and learn how to launch and market your book(s) to compete in the ranks on Amazon, where 70% of all book sales are made!! Use my tried-and-true plan to sell more books, and give yourself time to keep writing because the best advertisement is another book! * One-click today! *

The author stresses in this book that one should read the first book and implement its strategies to make the most of their marketing. Book one shows the author how to self-publish on KDP and how to rank well. The marketing advice in this book is helpful and effective, and gives links to Google Docs where checklists have been made for you with marketing sites and a release timeline. There are free sites and paid sites, but they are all labeled. It is the first of two parts.

Purchased in the wrong order

Don't buy if you haven't purchased the first book. I didn't purchase the first but this author stresses it so much in the beginning of this book that I didn't even read on. Wasted money
