This is an older title but informative. It covers reference (enquiry) services, instruction, and collection assessments. The information on qualitative vs quantitative methods was helpful - detailed but not overwhelming. The book also covers why assessments are important from different perspectives: users, managers, and the library. Although older this information remains relevant.
