I suppose I'm giving this two stars since this book didn't really teach me a lot of new information, or at least anything surprising or stimulating to me, about organizational change. Some new tools were discussed, but they really seemed to just be formal versions of change analysis that I already was aware of/have used. Basically, methods I've employed in the past were given a formal/fancy name. I think the book could have been written in a more interesting way, but it's a textbook, what are you gonna do?
