Excellent read!

Highly recommend this book no matter what stage you are in your career. Paul gives great advice on many topics that can benefit any organization. As a CEO for 11 years now and an employee for about 10 years prior, my only wish is that this book was available 20 years ago!

In Paul's conversation style, he brings straightforward realistic solutions carrying the "Yes" philosophy to a variety of problems encountered in workplace settings. A phenomenal "pocket reference" guide for any employee, no matter your position or status within a company setting. I would consider it to be a printed version of a trusted business adviser who is also a mentor incessantly seeking positive solutions and outcomes no matter how challenging the situation.
