Uh, Maybe Don't?: A Misanthrope's Guide to Not Killing Yourself

Rate this book
Suicide is a super serious issue and should be handled carefully...so why not listen to some random guy about it? Admittedly that's a pretty hard pitch to sell but hear me out.I struggled with suicide for over 20 years and finally came out the other side alive and happy. So I made the book I needed but never had. An honest and humorous take on what it's like to be depressed and suicidal. As well as the lessons I learned that finally got me out of it and the stories of how I got there.Presented non-conventionally as a lopsided conversation; this book is based on the idea that sometimes advice is easiest to receive when it comes from a friend. So if you need a friend to talk to or just want to hear from someone who has been where you are, come on in.And bring some popcorn! I talk about movies a lot.

About the author

Not sure what to write here. Like do you want my life story or just some fun facts? Fuck it I'll do both.

-I grew up just outside of Baltimore.
-I can crack my right ear (idk why).
-I was a little shit in school until a teacher helped me get my anger under control (Thank you Mrs. L).
-I once threw up in my professor's trash can and told him I had food poisoning just so he'd accept my late final.
-With my anger under control the school realized I was smart apparently, I got put in gifted classes and aced my way through college with minimal effort. This would later backfire.
-I became an unofficial cryptid at my college because I rode a kid's scooter to class and wore a beanie everyday. They called me Beanie Scoot and even wrote fan fiction about me.
-A bunch of sad shit happened, I realized just how mentally unwell I was, I figured out how to deal with it, I wrote a book about it, and now we're here.
-I'm a massive weeb
-My Author photo is a few years old from when I tried being a streamer, but it's the best picture I've taken so we're sticking with it.
