The book provides highly detailed information, practical numbers and business approaches. For example, the author gave exact commission numbers in food distribution industry, which is extremely helpful for distribution strategy and finance. If someone is about to start up a food business, especially a chef or a person not being in food industry before but having a possibly winning recipe, this is the guide to success.
