Fluff that is a quick read which is a good thing because you don't want to spend anymore time than necessary with these unlikeable characters. Clumsily written sentences and repetitive word choices add to the torture. There are even two sex scenes (badly written, see previous sentence) that are basically the same. Save yourselves and avoid at all costs!

I read this book decades ago, before I worked in Fashion, before I even knew I wanted to work in fashion, before the devil wears Prada was even thought of.
I read it when I was a young stay at home Mum making poppy gardens out the front of my cute house, with my beautiful baby girl
I loved it.
It is one of my favourite books of all time.
100% pure escapism at that time.
Even the glossy gold cover was LUXE to me back then, like carrying around a brick of gold.
I still have it.
I THOROUGHLY recommend this, its beyond a journey, its a real trip!
