This was actually way better than I thought it would be, (and that's because I have read more than my fair share of biker books) suspense galore, gritty, hot male character, non annoying female character, easy to follow story line, and an eye catching cover (the cover is what pulled me in)!! Wow what more can I say!! Definitely will be reading book 2..I was pulled in right from the start and was kept stuck with my nose between the pages throughout..Loved the brother twist thrown in there, I did not see that one coming!!

Sooooo the story starts off with Willa becoming parentless due to the fact that her parents died in a car accident as the story goes..Her only living relative is her older brother Conrad whom left home when he was younger and joined the Zephyrs Motorcycle Club (as the story goes) things aren't what they seem so two things will become clearer within the story..
My name is Roman Drake and I am a Special Agent with the FBI. Six months ago I was required to infiltrate the Zephyrs Motorcycle Club.

And that is what this book really is. A big fucking shit.
It was just sex, stupid characters, more sex, gang-related crap and some more sex.
Not worth my time or yours for that matter.

This was a quick read. For me it was a little too predictable and the storylines were all tied up too nicely with a neat little bow. Other than that, the characters were likable, and there was plenty of steam.

Woo baby Roman has a naughty side, "makes me effing hard as a rock when you call me baby. Say it again,” he demands." He has a demanding presence and he's bossy, "he holds me firmer and repeats, “Roman. You call me Roman when I’m fucking you." He lays down the law which honestly I think men need to do so us some don't get confused on s***, "One.” He reaches over and strokes a finger through my wet, soft flesh. “This is my pu**y. No one else gets to taste it, touch it, or eff it.” His voice is edgy, determined, stern. “Two. You are my woman. No one gets to touch you, eff you, or taste you, except me." I loved that he took care of what's his, "I gave you that money so you could buy yourself some new shoes. I’m a man, and I take care of my woman. That was me takin’ care of my woman." He's a manly man he's not afraid to go whether other men are scared to go, "I toss in the first packet of tampons I see when I walk past that shelf. I don’t know if it is coming up to that time of the month for Willa, but just in case it is, then she will be covered." I loved this book and I can't wait to see how Rad turns out.

There are some undercover biker stories out there that you get partway through and just want to put down…THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! Undercover is a book that sucks you into the story. There were parts where I had no clue what was coming, and that’s a nice change.
Oak… I kinda want to climb him like his namesake. He may be all ‘scary biker’ on the outside, but inside he is all fluff, at least when it comes to his woman.
Willa is a biker’s sister, and the daughter of (now) deceased drug addicts. She loves her brother above all else, and follows his rules to stay away from his biker gang for her safety. But just because she stays away, doesn’t mean she doesn’t see Oak.
The characters were well written and very likable. Willa is subject to quite a few surprises in this book and she handles them the way I would, RUN! So for that, I can’t blame her, even if I wanted to yell at my Kindle and make her listen! ~ Devlynn, 4 stars

Undercover is my very first Kasey Millstead book! HOLY MF-ING GOD! WOW! I was literally blown away with this book. I’ll admit I forewent about 2 hours worth of work because I couldn’t put this book down after starting it on my lunch break. I didn’t see so many of the plot twists coming and for a seasoned reader like me that takes some serious plotting skills. I can usually spot the major plot twists within a few chapters, but not with this book.
Roman is our sex on a stick bad boy biker… or is he? Roman may just be deceiving everyone around him to get his mission done. He constantly fights an internal battle between duty and his heart. The MC rules his life, but he’s been denying his heart the reason that it beats. Things aren’t what they seem just like Roman. The only thing he knows is that he needs to stay away from Willa. He’ll suck her down with him into the dark abyss with him, but tell that to his other brain and heart. He wants her like a drug addict wants a fix. A threat causes him move sooner than planned because he is not about to let some low life thug take away him woman.
Willa knows the lines that she cannot cross with the club. Her brother being a member has laid down some strict ground rules to protect her from any back lash from the club’s dealings. She’s finally settling into her new life and job at Club Z. Yet, every time the silence of tall dark and handsome that is one of her brother’s club brothers she anything less than calm, cool, and collected. This man lights her panties on fire and he doesn’t even give her the time of day. But, this man rides to her rescue when a past threat comes home demanding money. She knows she shouldn’t let him in, but she’s got no choice.
I don’t know what more I can say about how awesome a read this book really is for me. It’s got everything you could want out of an MC book and so much more. Undercover leaves your heart pounding and your panties wet. The twists and turns will leave you on the edge of your seat. Fans of dirty mouthed bikers, explosive romantic chemistry, and suspenseful romances will love this book just as much as I did! This comes HIGHY recommended from Saints and Sinners Books!

Holy hell that Oak is one fine naughty talking biker man. He has been trying his best to resist his attraction for Willa who happens to want him too, but he finally gets past that to get the girl. A whole lot is going on in the MC and Willa has some issues of her own as well. When things get dangerous, Willa's brother and Oak come to the rescue. The only problem is that Oak has a secret that could tear them apart. Plus there's another secret revealed that will rock Willa's world. Didn't see that one coming at all. Oak and Willa are off the charts scorching hot together and I really loved their story. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

This book was a really fast-paced quick read.
I liked it nonetheless...the writing was good and the story
kept me interested till the end. I really liked Oak/Roman and
Willa together, they were sweet and their chemistry was off the charts.
But I thought the whole MC part of the book was skimmed over, kinda like
background noise and not of any particular interest. The whole takedown
of the MC was just too convenient and clean, imo. So the book was mostly
A love story with some biker baddies thrown into the mix.

An enjoyable read however I think the heroine made a way too big of a deal when she found the truth out. Moving away? Not speaking to anyone? A bit childish especially since she had no dealings with the MC.

Great twist at the end.

What I like:
1. I typically don't like action stories but I kind of enjoyed this one. The title is on-point.
2. I liked the turning point, where I really thought that Rad was dead but it turned out that he wasn't. Also, I personally liked Rad because he's the brother I wanted to have.
What I don't like:
1. Oak/Roman's way of "sex talk" to Willa. I can't exactly pinpoint why I don't like it, but I think it's because he talks to Willa as if she's a whore whenever they do it. It's irritating, not sweet.
2. I feel like the story is rushed. I don't know. It's like, something is missing.

WTF? No, just no!
This book doesn't start off being obviously bad, in fact it starts off and you think that its going to be a good story. But no, it wasn't. My first clue that this book wasn't going to be what I was hoping for was when Oak and Willa are going at it and he tells her to call him Roman but she can't ever seem to remember. How freaking hard can it be to remember to use a name that he tells you he prefers when having sex, really? Ok heads up major spoilers ahead...
The synopsis synopsis is done by the time you get about 60-68% of the way through the book. The rest of it doesn't really pick up any. Willa andOak I mean Roman (just have to keep up with Willa's bad memory here), get back together and then it kinda sets it up for Rad to have his own book.
I will NOT be reading this author again unless I see a review with major props done by someone that I trust.

One thing I've learned from the multitude of stories I've read by Kasey Millstead is that she doesn't add fluff to her stories. They're fast paced, sexy stories that get right to the crux of the issue without a lot of dragged out conflict and skirting around the issues.
This is one of the reasons why I jump at the chance to read every new release by Millstead because I know I'm going to have a text that's enjoyable to read due to its sassy heroine and alpha male hero as well as the complications she puts her characters through as well as the steamy encounters they have, and book one, Undercover, in her new Zephyrs MC series fits into that description perfectly.
Roman Drake, also known as Oak in his undercover role in the Zephyrs MC, is alpha to the core, and he exudes those traits even more when it comes to protect the woman he's wanted to claim since laying eyes on her, Willa Burke. But his position in the club and his job have prevented him from taking what he wants...that is until a threat forces his hand and he soon learns that going against his better judgment has never felt so good. Willa may work for the club, but she wants no part in its dealings, but she can't deny that a certain biker makes her panties wet and steals her breath every time he's in the room...too bad he doesn't know she exists at least that's what he wants her to believe.
When Roman steps into protect Willa, their connection sizzles from the start and once he has her, there's no way he's letting her go. But he may not have a choice when his secrets are exposed and Willa's left wondering if what they shared was ever really real.
Undercover is a quick read with action, steam, and conflict. Willa's a kickass heroine who knows how to take care of herself and doesn't back down when put in a corner, and Roman will do whatever it takes to get the job done and protect what's his at all costs. It's a great start to a new series from Kasey Millstead.

This is another great read from Kasey Millstead. It kept me very interested, which is hard to do right now. And it kept me on my toes wondering what was going to happen. It is a fast paced read with steamy sex scenes, alpha male, secrets, and some violence.

This is my second Kasey Millstead book and I love it just as much as the first one. This girl lays out a fairly complicated story line and then wraps the whole thing up including an epilogue. Doesn't get any better than that!
Ahhhh Roman Drake you sexy beast!! Who is also a damn liar. Roman has been known as Oak in the Zephyr's Motorcycle Club for the past year. Trying to get enough dirt to put them away for a long time, Oak has to get his hands and other parts of his body a bit dirty to fit in. While doing all of that "fitting in" he noticed the beautiful Willa working behind the bar at Club Z. Just admiring her from afar for a while, Oak finally makes a move.
Willa is working at Club Z, but isn't allowed anywhere near the Zephyr's clubhouse. Her brother Rad is a member and has given her strict instruction to stay away. He has also instructed his "brothers" to stay away from his sister as she's all he has left. Oak doesn't care. Willa works at the club, lives on her own and isn't really looking for a man until Oak shows how interested he is.
"A cloud of steam surrounds her and she looks like a devilish fucking angel, placed on this earth to corrupt good little bad boys like me."~Oak
Roman has secrets, ones that will no doubt piss off Willa and cause a lot of trouble for the only family member she has left, however he as no choice. He is on the job and Willa wasn't part of the plan. Once he tells her, he's got to hope she will stay.
"....the facade I've been keeping is going to come crashing down. I only hope she will want to search the rubble to find the real me."~Roman
"I'd rather spend time building a reality with you, than building lies as part of my job." ~Roman
Those are his lines and he's sticking to them. Now will Willa go along is a different story altogether. Under Cover is a quick, yet jam-packed read.

When her drug addicted absent parents are killed in an accident, Willa moves closer to her brother Rad (short for Conrad) in hopes of reconnecting with the only family she has left. Her parents kicked Rad out when he was younger and he was not allowed near the house and despite this, they tried to maintain contact as best as they could. Rad is now part of the Zephyrs MC and his only stipulation with Willa living close to him is that she is never to be in or around the MC Clubhouse nor is she to have any knowledge whatsoever of what happens in the MC.
This is fine with her until she meets Oak, “The tall, wide, muscled man with skin the color of burned caramel and eyes a shade lighter than melted chocolate” at the bar Club Z where she works. He’s a member of the MC and Rad’s best friend. She wants him bad and has for a while but he has shown no interest in her at all so she puts her feelings on the backburner and continues on with her life.
When her own life and dignity are threatened by a drug kingpin who her deceased parents owe money to she has no one to turn to until Oak decides he’s had enough of hiding his feelings for her and is going to take what’s his. I wasn't supposed to fall for her - it wasn't part of the plan. I just couldn't help myself, though. She drew me in and before I even knew it, it was too late to back out.
I am a huge fan of Kasey Millstead and the thing I love about her books are that they are fast-paced, gritty, draw you in and have the touch of romance that we all can't help but love. This is the first book in this series and what a way to start! Right from the off we are thrown into the story and I loved every minute of it.
Willa is in trouble, big trouble. Her brother is part of Zephyrs MC and rather than getting caught up in this world, she wants nothing to do with it. The only problem with that is a certain MC brother, Oak. Otherwise known as Roman Drake. Unbeknown to Willa, Roman is undercover in a huge operation. His role in the club has prevented him from going after Willa but when situations force them together, he has to protect her and this ups the tension between the two and lets them give into their desires.
These two are perfect together. She is sassy and takes no crap from anyone, and he is a real alpha man who knows what he wants and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it. How can you not love that?!
Once he has her, there is no letting go. But to her, he is Oak, part of the Zephyrs MC. She doesn't know the full story or what he is hiding, so how will she react when everything she thought she knew was a lie? Was any part of this real?
Undercover is packed full of angst, grit, steam and inner conflict. I loved every moment of it and found myself wishing it was longer, so that more could happen or develop and I thoroughly enjoyed the book and what it offered. Kasey knows how to spin a good story and this is no exception. A quick action pack read that will leave you wanting more. A great start to what will be a fun and interesting series!

Undercover is the first book in the Zephyr MC Series by Kasey Millstead and the first book I have read by this author. Wait read would be an understatement as I literally devoured every luscious word written. This introduction has me wanting more. I am one for the dirty talking boys and this book doesn't disappoint.
The book follows Willa who finds herself working at Club Z the biker bar that she followed her brother to. This is by far not the life she envisioned but it's currently where she has landed. When a dark day of her past presents itself she fights the battle of saving herself or saving her brother. Confusing the situation is the mysterious member of the club Oak, a tall handsome man and believed bad boy she just can't seem to shake the attraction to. His sudden interest throws her off but it is Oak who is there to help her out of the corner she is backed into.
Roman or Oak is the dirty talking bad boy. He lives in the daily fight of maintaining his appearance for the mission at hand and the pull he feels toward Willa. He struggles with the urge to take Willa and make her his knowing she could cause him to be distracted from his job. Eventually the need outweighs the risk and the result is some of the hot, panties on fire sex.
This was my first MC Book I have had the pleasure of reading and it has left me addicted and in the need for the next book. The twists of the storyline kept me glued, with my mouth open, to the words unable to put this book down until the last word was read. You will find yourself saying wow during parts and fanning yourself during others. This book is a definite must read for anyone who loves biker books and hot men.

OK. Ok. Ok. I just start by saying I think I’m in love. Yes, with Roman (Oak) Drake well I kind of love Kasey Millstead too for writing this book. I have read a few of Kasey book and I really liked them but, I especially love her MC books, don’t mess around and not read Vengeances is Mine it is one of my favorites by Kasey and Undercover just made me second guess myself. What I really loved is that this book wrapped up the whole story with an epilogue. Yes, if I have to say I love when that happens!
Most people will call Roman (Oak) Drake a lair. Ha-ha but, I call him a man doing his job. I think we all loves a man that can do it job and does it well in every aspect of the way. Let’s not forget he is one sexy, mean, dirty talking biker, that I would love to have made me scream and holler. Well that’s what he did to Willa oh yeah and to him enemies just in a different way. I told you he does his job well.
Oak has a secret that it’s been keeping. He also has the hot scorching attraction to Willa who just so happen to be his MC brother sister. Willa also has the hots for Oak but know her brother will blow a fuels his she doesn’t stay away from his MC. Things got dangerous and Oak were there to keep Willa safe. They kind of forget they were supposed to be keeping their distances from each. Oak became very protective of Willa determine to keep her safe. Good sex and Love blossom and but the problem that Oak carry could end it all. There were enough secrets, action, and excitement that you won’t rest until the end. It was all types of stuff going on that I didn't expect to happen. Oak and Willa had a love like no other. I really enjoyed their sex I mean their love story. I gave this story 4 hot Tamales.

Ahhh, this was a great in-between book. By that I mean it was a really good, quick read. It was full of enough action, drama, and oh my where-is-the-fan hot scenes!!! What I really liked about it was how the author played out her characters, without over analyzing or describing.
I was/am a huge Sons of Anarchy fan (what can I say, Charlie Hunnam….actually..say no more) so whenever I see a story come out that is Motorcycle Club themed I want to dive in, but I’m wary. There is a particular sensitivity that needs to happen. The world of MCs are a private one and can come across and particularly cliché, or unrealistic (in as much as you can be in made up fiction world). Millstead did a great job by keeping the “MC” aspect out of it, instead concentrating on the relationship development between the two main characters, Oak and Willa. Oak was menacing enough to still be lovable. Willa wasn’t a wallflower, although at times I was confused at her ability to ‘get over things quickly. The author pulls off the story by offering alternative POVs so the reader gets inside both main characters heads. This really helped with story flow, especially with the “undercover” aspect. I also appreciated that it is a stand-alone novel and without any ‘spoilers’ the characters get a HEA.
This is my first Kasey Millstead book, but I really liked the flow of her writing and her words so I’m sure I’ll be grabbing more!
In between 3 & 4 star read…..go grab it now!

Undercover is the first book I've read by Kasey Millstead and I have to say that I was really impressed by this author. This book was fast paced, had plenty of drama, suspense, twists, emotion and sizzling sexual chemistry. Undercover is the first book in the Zephyrs MC series, and I am looking forward to reading more from this talented author.
Willa works behind the bar at Club Z and has admired biker Oak from afar for many months, but thinks he hasn't noticed her. Oak has definitely noticed the stunning Willa, but doesn't let her know as he isn't what he seems. Oak, who's real name is a Roman, is really an undercover FBI agent who is determined to bring the Zephyr club down. But Roman can't resist Willa anymore and claims her as his woman - but will Willa forgive him when she finds out the truth?
The suspense elements of this book are really exciting and kept me engrossed in this fascinating tale of love, lust and danger. The romantic side of the story also kept me hooked as I really liked both of the main characters and I felt they belonged together. I love a man who likes to talk dirty - and Roman was an expert at dirty talk! The sex scenes were steamy, well written and added to the story.
I loved this book and can't wait to read Rad's story. Undercover kept my interest throughout, surprised me at times with twists, and ensured I kept turning the pages right until the end. Definitely worth five out of five stars.

Roman is an FBI agent sent to infiltrate the Zephyrs and bring them down from the inside. Known to them as Oak he's managed to become a trusted member of the club but he has a problem. He can't help but notice the stunning barmaid at Club Z but knows if he wants this job to be a success he can't afford to get involved with her.
When Willa's life is threatened Roman can't help but get involved. Their passion for one another can't be controlled for long and soon there's no turning back from the path they started on. Roman, now faced with the fact he can't let her go, must juggle his need to protect Willa at all costs and finish the job he was sent to do. But when all is said and done and Willa finds out the truth will she be able to forgive and forget?

Another masterpiece by this amazing author. Full of twists, turns and surprises, this author takes your typical MC romance and throws quite a few surprises in along the way to give it a unique twist. I have to admit I am becoming a fast fan of this author's writing. This book was a fast read that packed quite a punch and has a happy ending.
This book was crazy good. It was sweet, sexy, suspenseful, and kept me on my toes until the end. This is Roman aka Oak and Willa's story. It will not be easy for these two especially with the BIG secret that Oak carries and keeps from Willa. But there are a few twists along the way that will shock you to your core and make you think....I promise!
Roman in undercover in the club. When he meets Willa he is instantly attracted to her but doesn't want to mix business with pleasure. But with time he can't help it so he claims her.... with the intentions of keeping her when the assignment is over. Willa loves her brother who is a club member. She doesn't want a man... well not until she meets Oak. Can these two find a happy ending after the war is over and Willa has to face the truth? I loved these two together. They were so hot and on fire anytime they came in contact and between the sheets... good gracious Roman could burn them up. I was rooting for these two and that ending... beautiful!

Wow. What a freaking awesome ride. Undercover is filled with nonstop drama and action right from the start and I couldn't put it down. Kasey Millstead wrote a fast-paced, sexy MC story.
The book's plot is crammed with secrets, deceptions and lots of sexual potential. Roman has created a life for himself amongst criminals while he has been working undercover to bring down the Zephyer Motorcycle Club. Most of the people who he spends his days with disgust him. All except for Willa. Willa is the only bright light in Roman's very dark world. The feelings these two bring out in one another - you can feel the chemistry and it adds an intense layer on top of a fuel soaked fire.
What I loved about this book is that all the characters felt like they were pigeonholed into their roles. They each had a part to play and knew what was expected of them but fate steps in and blows it all that to pieces. What makes this an excellent read is the way that the author takes all of those pieces and works them back together to create a delectable story that you devour.
As the reader, you know more than the characters do so you're completely anticipating several moments and plot twists. It's exciting and fun to read. If you're a fan of seductive suspenseful romance books, definitely check Undercover out.
