Interesting book with outlier examples (well-known biographic cases) to show how success, relentless attitude, pride, and luck can make a difference along your lifeline and help you be part of a major change. It's a utopian look at personal success, somewhat light on awareness of the human disparities in this race and the economic/social model we live in. Besides this, it has some sparks of inspiring quotes and points, more based on emotion than in a solid, constructed argument.
