If you love crime novels and enjoy a good brain workout, "The Hawke Files" is a perfect pick. This book isn’t just about reading—it's about solving. With a mix of detective storytelling and a huge range of puzzles, it makes you feel like you’re working alongside Orion Hawke to crack the case.

What I really enjoyed was how varied the puzzles were. Some required logic, others wordplay, and a few even tested my code-breaking skills. And finally—after years of having a periodic table memorised in my brain—I actually got to use it in a puzzle! That was a cool touch. The way each puzzle weaves into the mystery makes the experience feel interactive rather than just another puzzle book.

That said, while the puzzles were fantastic, I did find myself wishing for a bit more depth in the story. It’s engaging, but I wouldn’t call it a full-fledged novel—more like a crime adventure with a lot of great challenges. Still, it kept me hooked for hours, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves mysteries and a mental challenge.

Would I read another Hawke Files book? Absolutely. And next time, I’ll have my detective hat ready! 🕵️‍♂️
