Ultimate Femdom Justice: The Training of Marcus
Betty and Marcus were married and were living the life of a normal male dominated relationship. Betty met Angela while shopping and Angela told Betty of her new training school for suburban husbands that needed to learn it was really a female dominated world. When Marcus enrolled in the training he learned that the teachings were enforced with the whip and the cane. Although Marcus tried to back out of the training he was forced to remain in the program until he graduated as a qualified male slave.

Was going to 5* it and add it the goodreads best femdom list but that ending absolutely ruled until it absolutely sucked. And I'm pretty sure there's no second book.
This was one of the best femdom stories I've read in a long time, it was hotter that hot when he was given to Miss Williams for feminizing, and then ramped back up when he was taken for pony boy training, and ramped again when he escaped - only to be absolutely torpedoed at the end!
