I got this book on the recommendation of a fellow Etsy seller, but I think it's a bit dated, and the author's approach just feels uncomfortable to me. I understand her points about selling and engaging with buyers, but I just can't see myself ever memorizing a sales pitch, no matter how uncheesy my intentions. I skimmed the book and didn't see much in it to help me.
