Masashi Kishimoto (岸本斉史 Kishimoto Masashi) is a Japanese manga artist, well known for creating the manga series Naruto. His younger twin brother, Seishi Kishimoto, is also a manga artist and creator of the manga series O-Parts Hunter (666 Satan) and Blazer Drive. Two of his former assistants, Osamu Kajisa (Tattoo Hearts) and Yuuichi Itakura (Hand's), have also gone on to moderate success following their work on Naruto.

Kishimoto's first work as a manga artist was Karakuri (カラクリ?), which he submitted to Shueisha in 1995. This earned him the Weekly Shōnen Jump's monthly "Hop Step Award" in 1996, granted to promising new manga artists. This was followed in 1997 by a pilot version of Naruto (NARUTO-ナルト-), published in Akamaru Jump Summer. In 1998, Kishimoto premiered as a Weekly Shōnen Jump artist with a serialized version of Karakuri in Weekly Shōnen Jump, but it proved unpopular and was canceled soon after. In 1999, a serialized version of Naruto began publication in Weekly Shōnen Jump and quickly became a hit.

The 2nd and final volume for Sasuke Retsuden Manga really tied the story in a beautiful bow. We can see how both Sasuke and Sakura cared not only about each other, but also about Naruto, and most specially Sarada- thinking about her when they were in the beautiful lake sharing a special moment. We get to see another side of Sasuke and how he really have a soft spot for this family. Much like the Sasuke we know before the massacre, it was so refreshing to see the real him with the most special people he cherishes. As Kishimoto-sensei said, Sasuke is pure. Not bad, nor good, just pure. And this story really did his character justice, not to mention special feats fr his wife and how they worked together as a team.

Sakura and Sasuke form a very good team. They are smart and good at ninjutsu. Furthermore, their deep and true love for each other help to work harmoniously. They went on a mission to find a cure for Naruto’s disease, and they discover a plot. Their mission is full pf surprises.
Sakura, Sasuke and other characters in the story are misjudge by the others. The author reminds us to not judge a book by its cover. The importance of compassion displayed by several characters is a strong message too.
This story is full of action, emotion, and contains some humor too. It delivers us the wonderful message of the importance of love and compassion much needed in the world.

Throughout volume 1 and volume 2, it has some great moments. But it just starts to get sluggish with the pacing. You are going to need to be a hardcore fan of Naruto, plus be super invested with the Sakura and Sasuke ship. Then maybe it will feel like a 4 stars out of 5 for you.

I can think of better interludes between the Naruto/Boruto universe. Like the "Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring."

Such an epic end. There are fucking dinosaurs y’all! Dinosaurs!! Lmfaooo. I can’t believe they really resurrected dinosaurs in a world of shinobi. It’s not really about the dinosaurs though. It is about Sasuke and Sakura’s marriage and their love for one another. And you know, I think that really comes through here. The man really fucking loves her. So suck it, haters.

The plot was silly and very cute. Sasuke and Sakura vs a Jurassic park coup d’etat? I’ll take it.

There were some sweet and funny moments. This is kind of the things you look for when you grow up with these characters.
