First time giving 2 stars to Gloria Wheelan’s novel because I like mostly all of them. This one on the other hand had a very abrupt ending, kind of rushed.

This book imagines a teenage Hemingway on summer break with his family in MI. Interesting in the "remember: famous authors were teens once upon a time" way, not that this story was worthy based on its own merit. Not terrible, but not worth hunting down at the library.
