About the story
There are many vampire bloodlines but there is one that has mythical status – the Masters. They are elusive and dangerous, even to the oldest of other immortals. The other bloodlines have speculated about them for centuries, many refusing to accept their existence, despite the reliable accounts of their own kind.
Michael was unaware of the influence of the spirit world in his life until the night he had to ask for help. As an eleven year-old, living in the Caribbean over two-hundred years ago, terrified for the life of his father, his prayers were answered by a mambo priestess; but she asked him for a favour in return, a favour that would change his destiny and might even cost him his soul.
