Would you like to make a good income from your writing? Making money doing something you love? Making money writing your own books? No matter what you’ve been told—trying to become a successful author the "easy way," a way that doesn't require any effort, just doesn’t work! This book is different. It will teach you in real ways what to do to help your books sell.
In his book, "How I Make $4,000 a Month Selling eBooks on Amazon Kindle—And How You Can Too—A Step-by-Step Guide," best-selling Amazon.com author Nathaniel Burns shares an extremely powerful plan for self-publishing authors to get their books sold. He explains in detail how to create ongoing income doing something you always dreamed about—to write your own books while having a carefree existence.
Burns has learned how to become a successful writer, and he has written it in this book to help you reach your goals as soon as possible. In fact, his marketing and promotion strategies are so strong that they will allow you to become a successful, financially independent, author in just twelve months. And, as stunning as that may seem, you will have a rewarding time on your journey to become a professional writer.
But, best of all, it’s based on factual experience, not false claims nor empty promises. It's more than just theory and assumptions. This book gives you the tools and specific guidelines so you know what to do. It provides knowledge and common sense ideas that you can easily do on your own.
• NO secret success formulas. • NO false "Be rich in 30 days!" claims • NO lies, no shady tricks. No violation of Amazon's rules. • NO big investment to start with. • NO empty "overnight success" promises.
The only decision you have to make is to do what is necessary to write and earn money from selling books. That sort of commitment requires a "never quit . . . no matter what" attitude. If you are willing to try, then this book is for you. What are you waiting for?
This book is divided into basically two sections - a smaller, initial 'how to write' section and a larger, more in-depth 'how to market' section. The writing section wasn't terribly helpful. The marketing section was packed with useful information.
I would recommend this book to self-published Kindle authors as it will give you lots of useful advice for getting your book out there and ways to jump start your sales and giveaway campaigns. I'm willing to overlook the first section's shortcomings because the marketing tips are worth the price of entry.
If you're an author who prefers quick, no-nonsense guides, this is a book for you. Burns cuts to the chase and gives us only what we really need to know to sell eBooks on Kindle. You don't have to wade through a bunch of filler.
I am a amateur writer yet writing is my love. I am starting to publish & would love to make it my career. This book gives great directions as to how this can become possible.
