I really appreciate and liked this book.
I never would have found or even knew it ever existed and was complete Chance to have come across it. In 2003 I was locked-up in L.A. County Jail and a trustee w/ a book cart was going holding cell to holding cell and when I had a chance to look through what was offered I choose this one.
I'm glad I did because I really enjoyed it and it was entertaining and fun to read especially in the situation of my circumstances. Only Sentenced 30 days (shorttimer) was a real blessing and I enjoyed it so much I took it home with me but gave away everything else I had left commissary and whatnot but kept this book and the little Gideon new testament Bible along with a custom Get Fuzzy hand drawn picture I bought from my cell-e for 3 Snickers and a sprite from the vending machine but sadly I lost all my worldly possessions in a fire 4 years ago so I was looking it up here. and that's my experience with this book and it will always have a special and personal place to a moment of time in my life I'll never forget and able to look back at to see just how far I've come and my GOD ordained part of my journey 🙏✝️❤️GOD Bless.

Fun actioner with a philosophical bent

Not one of Perry's best, but if you long for the days of his warrior-philosopher Matador books this one will tide you over until Siblings of the Shroud eventually gets published.
