Mina- a divorcee' who committed a violent act when she found her husband cheating on her in their home with an under aged female. After this, she falls into a serious depression that lasts for years until she meets Rich who literally falls for her.
Jazzy-a young female that has managed to climb the ladder of success at a local bank but has been unsuccessful at love. She had sworn that she'd leave relationships for the birds. She promised herself she would throw herself into her work until her best friend Mina convinces her to go on an exotic trip. Rich, who is Jazzy's friend and co-worker also agrees that she needs love and decides to introduce her to a wealthy friend of his. Jazzy and Seven immediately hit it off and he is perfect and seems too good to be true...he just may be.
Rich- a young successful guy that has climbed the ladder of success along with Jazzy at the local bank is ecstatic when he learns his best friend from childhood, Chan is moving back home. This gives him the opportunity to catch up and possibly discover some very mature feelings about their relationship, but when he meets Mina, things begin to shift.
The title of this novel really threw me for a loop. Personally, the cover and the title were more risque' than the story within its pages. Depending on the author's target group, a more conservative cover and title would definitely have drew many more readers, which equals more sales.
This story began in a very interesting fashion and I thought the pace started out very nice. After chapter one, the pace slowed down and didn't pick up again until chapter ten. Once I got into chapter ten I felt that the story was very engaging. I did however, think that some of this scenarios were a bit of a stretch. Making Mina seem psychotic based on the facts that we had about her seemed a little unbalanced, but were at times entertaining. I think Cherry developed Rich very well and readers will enjoy reading him and watching him try and unravel his feelings. He was an interesting character, very familiar, but sometimes seemed a bit feminine for a heterosexual male. Cherry is definitely an up and coming writer and towards the end of this book you'll flip pages to see how it all plays out.

The title of this book is not at all what you get in the pages. What's in the pages is a pretty good story. I did not want my kids to see me reading it lol! But really Cherry did a decent job with this and I'll bet she will definitely do well in the future. I definitely think she was unfair to Mina as a character but hey it was her creative choice and by the end you will definitely want the sequel.

OMG Cherry, knocked it out the park. I was hooked from page one. A real page turner. Everytime I thought I knew the direction of the book, there would be another surprise. Definitely not a predictable book. The title almost made me pass it up, so glad I didn't. My friend and I bought both books, now I have to wait until the weekend to swap with her and get into the sequel. Great job! Look forward to reading more of your work.
