This is an excellent book

One might assume this was written with ChatGPT, given the title. However, like many others I have read on this topic, it is not typical of those.

This book is very detailed and a comprehensive guide to using ChatGPT to assist my writing process. I will use the bonus resources provided by the author every day I write.

I highly recommend this book. It is the best I have read on writing fiction using artificial intelligence.

AI how to use

This book gives a clear explanation of using AI when writing, however, it lets you understand that without a person actually writing the story AI cannot perform. A writer is still in control.

I have commenced the journey of trying to write a book and this guide was given to me to help me get started. I am familiar with ChatGPT but was interested to learn how it may be able to assist me in my writing endeavors. The book is likely to be of more help to the complete novice. That said, I do feel that, while artificial intelligence can be very helpful to overcome writers' block, would-be writers, such as myself, should not fall into the trap of over-reliance on technology to solve our problems. For me, one of the motivating forces in writing a book is the creative process itself; staring at a blank page and conveying my thoughts onto the screen, and seeing where it leads me.
I did find the chapter on other AI writing resources to be interesting as I had not heard of Sudowrite, ShortlyAI and the others. I am investigating those and may subscribe to one as my writing progresses.
