Great story with unexpected twists and turns; slow-pacing in the beginning, but picks up in pace in the middle. Though the writing was a bit off for me, it made me not like the story as much as I had hoped. Also Felt a little repetitive at times, but the plot made up for it.
If you like YA Dystopias in a fallen futuristic America lead by a sadistic Leader, with a bisexual MMC, then MENACE is definitely for you!
Menace by Karol Lynne is a dystopian novel about a family being torn apart by the selfish needs of the government. Fabian Waters goes through many trials to find his little brother. Even though this is exactly my type of book, I didn’t enjoy it like I thought I would.
I enjoyed the plot, but it seemed a little fast paced for my liking. The author uses the same adjectives multiple times in the same paragraph which makes the book repetitive. The descriptions were confusing for me, and I couldn’t keep track of what was happening.
Ultimately, I’m rating this book as a two star read
Another fantastic book, this time depicting an individual's fight against an oppressive government and his attempt to fix the world which has fallen into disrepair. A young man must fight for what is right and endure countless hardships in order to save his little brother. It's an intriguing story full of action, love, betrayal, sorrow, and a sliver of hope for a brighter future.

The plot of this book was truely amazing. The first half of the book was a little bit weak but then it became really interesting. And the plot twist at the end had my jaw dropped on the floor. The descriptions were sometimes confusing and I could also find a few parts that for me didn’t made much sense. Overall I really enjoyed it, and thank you for the opportunity!
