While there are many pressures and complexities to life in the modern world, the pathway of divine favor—to a fruitful life and ministry—is still simple. It is not "easy," but it is "simple." In Keep it Simple, Tim Keep offers readers a profound grasp of “heart truth”—simple and pure! It is this grand simplicity of soul, this utter honesty of heart, this keen purity of purpose, this ultimate gaze on God that will truly open our lives to the Holy Spirit’s usefulness. The book's stories and candid narratives will open to you the wonder of hard but glorious “heart truth.” This book is not for the superficial believer who is content with any meager amount of spirituality. It is for parents, leaders, and true believers in every walk of life, who will embrace the rugged romance of fully yielding to God’s leadership. Here is the grand simplicity of Christ, the answer to our frantic and sometimes failing Kingdom efforts.
This is a big statement, but I’d put this up with “Celebration of Discipline” in terms of the winsome and humble tone, the clarity, the applicability, and the simplicity.
This book convicted me, inspired me, and I know will enable me to be more like Christ. I will definitely be buying this book for my personal library.
Challenging and convicting, full of simple truth that is often overlooked for more glamorously fake things. This is a really great book that Tim Keep wrote as “really” as possible. There was no doubt he learned the lessons he wrote about through the Lord’s help.
