It’s sixteen years since I’ve seen my high school sweetheart. But here he is. Right in front of me. Stark naked.
A lot has happened since my teenage first love abandoned me and crushed my heart.
These days, Tom Dashwood is a billionaire global music mogul. And I’m a single mom with nowhere to live.
I only accepted this job as a live-in housekeeper for Tom’s aunt after she assured me that, since he lives in London, I’d never see him.
But that wasn’t entirely accurate.
And now here he is…wearing nothing but a sexy grin.
Quitting and leaving right now would be a good idea. Not agreeing to be his personal assistant during his extended visit would be even better. But I need the money.
So I’ll do this job until Tom goes back to London. And since the chemistry between us is hotter than ever, I might even have a one-night stand (or two, or ten) with him.
But I will not fall for him.
He nearly destroyed me once. No way am I going to let him finish the job.
That Reunited Feeling is a laugh-out-loud, second chance rom-com in the Dashwood Billionaires series of standalones. It features a matchmaking aunt, a sulky teenager, and a hilarious “naughty” chocolate-making bachelorette party.
Nicky Redford writes bladder-threateningly funny rom-coms with all the steam and all the feels.
She loves heroes who think they know what they want (they’re wrong, obviously), the feisty, independent, heroines who don’t take their crap, and the sparky banter that inevitably ensues.
Her idol is Nora Ephron, and if anyone tries to say When Harry Met Sally is not the greatest film ever made they’ll be treated to a very detailed explanation as to why they are wrong.
Nicky aims to bring you page-turning raunchy rom-coms that brighten your day, put a smile on your face, and make you need to sit on an ice pack.
Tom was the “Wildcard” after his parents died. He was the guy that dyed his hair and rebelled by getting an unsuccessful earring. He ended up being sent to London for the duration of Summer at 16, leaving a heartbroken teenage Hannah behind. BUT he never came back… UNTIL 17 years later, with him stumbling naked into Hannah, on his Aunt’s balcony.
The story of Tom and Hannah is SO heartfelt and is my new recommendation for a beautifully hilarious Second Chance romance. Their feelings are deep. Their desire is pure. Their chemistry is undeniable.
The novel was very well written and a perfect way to bring the Dashwood Billionaire’s series to an end. The last 50% of the novel truly ticked every box, from lustful adoration to tears and heartache. The Bonus Scene was AMAZING and very sweet.
I recommend this novel to anyone who enjoys the following Tropes: Second Chance Single Parent Billionaire Music Mogul Naked Meet-Cute He Falls First (AGAIN)
After involving his aunt and uncle's youngest son in trouble, Tom Dashwood went to stay with his other aunt and uncle, Linda and Bob, in London. It was just supposed to be a summer visit. It turned into a seventeen-year stay. He's now in the States and back with his Uncle Jim and Aunt Maggie. Waking up hungover, he managed to knock a glass of water from the nightstand onto the floor, shattering the glass. Naked and trying to walk to the bathroom for a towel to wipe up the mess, he accidentally walked into the hallway instead. The hallway where his first love, Hannah Hepburn, was standing.
Hannah was escaping from a bad relationship. She and her son, Dylan, had come to stay with her cousin, Jude, while she's trying to get back on her feet. She'd been helping at Jude's plant shop in town when Tom's Aunt Maggie came in to shop. After learning that Hannah needed a job, Maggie hired her as their housekeeper. After making their fortunes, Jim and Maggie's sons and nephews bought and renovated an old, beautiful home for them.
Tom had started a record label in the garage at his aunt and uncle's home in London. He turned the label into a billion-dollar international business. Luckily for Hannah, he rarely comes back to the States. When he does, he normally stays with one of his brothers. Now he's reeling from a quick divorce, even though that's what he wanted. There were also problems at work. One of the executives at the firm's Christmas party set the tree on fire. To make matters worse, a young singer standing by the tree had her hair catch fire.
Tom can't believe Hannah would ever leave Boston, let alone live in a small New Hampshire town, for several years with her ex. Fleeing from her ex, she came to Blythewell, where her cousin, Jude, lives, as well as Maggie and Jim.
Hannah is having a difficult time forgiving Tom for ghosting her all those years ago. She believes her son, Dylan, should always come first in her life. And he needs to be moved to LA, the one place Tom swore he'd never live. If they were doomed when Tom lived in London with her and Dylan in LA, it's going to be even worse!
This was an excellent book! However, even if it had been the worst prose ever written, I'd still give it high marks for Chapters 16 and 17. Tom, "Mr. I Can Organize My Own Personal Life," made plans for his romantic date with Hannah. He neglected to get all the details first. Oops!
I received an ARC of this book from the author via Booksprout. I am voluntarily leaving this review.
WOW, this is another hit by Nicky. This book is just perfect.
I was interested in reading Tom's story from the beginning of this series. Because Tom wasn't present, we only got a few snippets about him. Tom was a bit of a problem child. That's why his aunt and uncle sent him away to London to his other aunt and uncle when he was 16. I don't need to tell you the blurb, but what happened 17 years ago changed a lot in his life. Not all to the best. He left the love of his life, yes, even at just 16 years old. But now he and Hannah meet again. And this meeting is sooo hilarious 😂 It's so typical for Nicky to start her books right with a huge laughing scene 🤣 And it won't stop. There is the matchmaking Maggie & Jim (aunt & uncle) are doing 🤣 Or the chocolate-making workshop 🤣
Another thing I so love in Nicky's books is how she lives for all the small details. All the names of small businesses or sentences on aprons or band names. It's incredible 😍
Tom is a wonderful guy. He is so heartbroken his whole life. First, he lost his parents when he was 11. Then the thing with Hannah. Now he is 33, a music mogul, and newly divorced. He never felt right where he was. He isn't an American anymore, but he isn't a Brit either. That's why he has a HOT British-American accent 🫠
God, I've written so much now but didn't say anything 🙈 It's so typical for me. I'm always afraid of saying too much about the book that I'll quickly digress 😎
So let me finish this by saying: Don't wait, go and bing read the whole series! You have the possibility. You don't have to wait for the next. Only for the books of the next series, but until then you can read the Dashwood's. And I'm sure you will love them 🥰 Let me quote Hannah "this remarkable family".
And please don't miss the bonus epilog. It's soo good 😍
That Reunited Feeling is a Romantic Comedy and the last book in a series of interconnected standalone rom-coms. This is the first book I’ve read from this author and it definitely won’t be the last, I really enjoyed it and Hannah and Tom’s story was amazing.
When Tom comes to visit his aunt and uncle, he definitely doesn’t expect to see Hannah, his first love and the woman he left 17 years ago, working as their housekeeper. Forced to spend time together by Tom’s meddling family, Hannah and Tom quickly realize that no matter how much they want to hate each other their old feelings are still there, but with Hannah going to LA with her son in a few months and Tom returning to London, they need to decide whether rekindling their romance is worth risking their hearts again.
That Reunited Felling is such a fun and beautiful story. I loved Hannah and Tom’s second chance romance, it was amazing to see them fall in love all over again and this just proved they were always perfect for each other. I loved their banter, their conversations, cute moments and the spicy scenes, they went through some things in their time apart and it was great to see them open up and support each other. I also laughed out loud so many times, the chocolate workshop scene had me crying from the laughter and the antics of Hannah, Tom and his family were hilarious. I also liked the relationship Hannah had with her son, Dylan, and the way Tom and Dylan got along, it was amazing to see their growing bond and I loved the family they all made together and with Maggie and Jim. I loved all these characters and hope we will get to see them again in some of the author’s other books.
That Reunited Feeling is a really great romantic comedy book with amazing characters, beautiful romance and laugh-out-loud scenes, I loved it and definitely recommend it to everyone.
First book I have read from Nicky and it was an easy, funny book with Tom and Hannah at the centre of a second chance.
Tom and Hannah meet as kids, and were hoping to be each other's "first" during their time at high school before Tom was sent away to relatives. He promised Hannah he would be back, but that never happened, and Hannah felt the sting of rejection. Times have changed over those many years. Tom is a newly divorced, billionaire music producer, and Hannah is a single mum to Dylan, working odd jobs, one of those with Tom's Aunt and Uncle, who became like second parents after his parents were killed, and getting money together for Dylan and her to move to LA for a better life, especially for him.
A chance, embarrassing meeting sees all those feelings, suppressed and otherwise, come flooding back for them both, but most of all for Hannah, the deep hurt she felt, when Tom seemingly betrayed her all those years ago. Things have not been easy for Hannah, choices were made on the rebound of this abandonment, and it means growing up very quickly, and forgoing her dreams and aspirations.
There is some absolutely laugh out loud moments, and as much as Hannah tries to fight it, and even makes a bridge related "deal", once things take them back to how it should have always been, Tom finds himself needing to make some adjustments, and prioritising what's really important to them both. There are a few spicy moments, however it is just a beautifully written, easy read story with some truly funny moments you won't forget.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received an ARC but all thoughts are my own. 3.5 Stars rounding up to 4 for GR.
This was my first time reading this author and I know I'll be back for more. This was a second chance romance that was handled really well. It's not always my favorite trope but I liked how the author handled it here. Hannah and Tom dated in high school, but he had to move to London for a fresh start at 16 and well, things happen and they lost contact. Tom is back visiting family and who does he happen to run into? You got it, Hannah.
I think my favorite scene was the chocolate making scene. I was laughing so hard during the entire thing. I can't even describe it because it'll give too much away but it was amazing. I felt for Tom, someone who didn't know where he belonged. He was too British for America, but not enough for London. Sure, he had money and fame but we need more than that. We need connections and support. People who care about us, not what we bring to the table. I did find Hannah a little annoying at first. I get it, losing a first love as a teen is hard, but he was just a kid too. He had no say in his life. At that age, we go where we're told. Obviously she came around later on but first impressions.
While I did enjoy the story, it's only 3.5 stars from me because I just didn't feel connected to the story like I normally do. I think that's a me thing, not a book thing. I'm a mood reader and I think that played a part in how I felt while reading. That's why I rounded the stars up.
I delayed reading the epilogue of this because I was genuinely so sad that it would mean that this series is over🫠
Nicky has done it again, I feel like I have been waiting for Hannah and Tom’s story since we first saw Tom on a FaceTime call in one of the first books and god this did not disappoint.
I was a bit skeptical however of the time apart the characters spent apart at first, as it just didn’t seem realistic, however when I got into the story it just fit and made so much sense. Hannah and Tom needed to go their separate ways in order to find each other again and it was just a beautiful thing to read!
I loved the trip they took back to London, the way Nicky describes the surroundings just makes you feel like you’re there!
I have now decided that my new saying is ‘’Jesus screaming hell’’, this part had me giggling (you need to read to understand)🤣
I loved seeing little tidbits of all the other characters especially at the end, it was so wholesome and was even more so in the bonus scene, god Nicky writes the best bonus scenes!!
And can we please talk about Hugo??? Oh my, I need his book ASAP!!🤣🤣
Congratulations Nicky on another amazing book in this series, what a great way for it to end, I cannot wait to see what’s next🫶🏻
I recommend this book if you love:
- Single Mum - Found Family - Second Chance - Billionaire Romance
I received this book as an ARC, but I am voluntarily leaving a review 😀
What do you mean this is the last Dashwood book? I need more Dashwood stories because they are my favorite family!
Since the first book I wanted to read Tom's story and good part of Nicky to leave it for the last, now I have to confess that I started to read this book and I left it because the second chance is not my thing, it made me sad and I talked to my good friend Bobbie (last_page_ache) since she read it and then I read her review and I said to myself "well marian, you trust Nicky's writing and stories let's give it another chance" and here comes the saying: wrong time, right book because I ended up liking it and a lot.
Tom and Hannah had their happy ending, it wasn't easy with everything that happened and Hannah thinks but they come to an understanding of all the years they were apart (with a good reason) and everything flows between them, as expected from Nicky's writing, the laughs were not missing and believe it or not some tears too because the way Tom and Hannah loved each other and all the little things were the best of this whole story. As always the Dashwood's are a family that welcomes you with open arms and to see how they welcomed Hannah and Dylan was beautiful to read.
It was a good journey and a good ending to this whole series, but now I don't know what I will do with my life without this beautiful family, maybe I will read them all again soon, but what I do know is that I have to thank Nicky a lot for creating such wonderful characters full of love.
📌 I received an e-arc, and this is my honest opinion/review of it.

Tom has come to back to Boston to get some rest and try get his mental health back on track after a rough couple of months. Only to find out his high school sweetheart, Hannah, is currently his Aunt's Housekeeper. And let's just say that this realisation was a stark reminder that Hannah is STILL not happy about how he left her 17 years ago.
Hannah is trying to get some extra funds saved up before she moves to California with her son, but Tom is a totally unexpected bump in her road, making her REALLY want to get to California ASAP!
When Tom asks Hannah to be his temporary assistant, they end up spending more and more time together, and things get complicated. Until, the truth, and the right path, makes things clear...
I LOVED the British spin on this story. Tom's British exposure came through SO well! I was TOTALLY reading his perspective with that whole accent situation. It's always fun to have non-US influence in stories.
Dylan was a super cute character, and I enjoyed his interactions with Tom. I also loved Rachel's character.
And Tom and Hannah's date scene - O.M.G! I was TOTALLY cracking with laughter the entire way through that scene! I absolutely LOVED all the jokes and puns. Brilliant work!
Overall a fabulous read! And I'll definitely be checking out the preceding books in the series...
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
If you're looking for a really light-hearted and sweet second chance romance, that also has some great funny moments, That Reunited Feeling might be a perfect fit.
Quick overview: Hannah and Tom were childhood sweethearts, each other's first loves until Tom left to visit his aunt and uncle in London when he was seventeen. He promised to return but never did. She held onto this resentment and broken heart all the years later after their paths collided. Tom, a music mogul fresh off a divorce and needing a quiet place to rest and reset his life, never expected to run into his high school love after he left her all those years ago. But suddenly his quiet retreat is anything but because he can't get his mind off of Hannah...
This was a wonderful story - there are some great funny moments (like a chocolate-making scene with an unexpected twist). You can tell there's a pull between the two MCs and enjoyed them coming back together. I didn't fully connect this book - it could be that I'm more of an angst fan and this one didn't really have any. Overall enjoyable and if you like a romance that's on the nose, cute & sweet - this one might be for you.
Tropes & Elements: ❤️ Second Chance 💸 Billionaire 🏡 Forced Proximity ✨ Single Mom + Music Mogul ✌🏻 Dual POV
That Reunited Feeling is the last book in the The Dashwood Billionaires series.
Hannah and Tom were high school sweethearts until Tom went to London - and never came back. Now 16 years later after a break up Hannah finds herself working for Tom's aunt and living with her son in the guest house. But it's only temporary and Tom won't be there anyway. That's what she believes until a very naked and very hungover Tom almost stumbles into her arms in the main house. They have to live close to each other but that won't change a thing. Regardless how hot or sweet he is, that chapter is over... 👀
After his divorce Tom is just looking for peace and solace in his aunt's house. That quickly changes when he bumps into his first love Hannah. The looks she gives him are anything but peaceful. The mutual attraction doesn't stay burried for long. Both are freshly single, so why not use this attraction and be each other's rebound - so simple 🤷🏻♀️
This book made me laugh so much but at the same time managed to make me feel all the emotions. Hannah would do everything for her son and gave up all her ambitions to give him a good life. I really felt her hurt but also understood Tom's reasons for his decisions. Nicky's writing felt like I as a reader forgave Tom together with Hannah. It was so heartfelt. The pace of them getting close again was great and I have several laugh out loud moments 😂
Who doesn't love a mingling family and the sacrifices Tom's aunt and uncle made to get Hannah and Tom to spend time with each other really deserve an award 😂
The way the ending came together really tied all the knots together ♥️♥️♥️
Even though That Reunited Feeling is the final book of this series it can definitely be read as a standalone. Thank you so much for this ARC. I hope you had an amazing release week. I'm really looking forward towards the next book!!
OMG, Nicky delivers another hilarious and steamy story. That Reunited Feeling is Book 5 of the Dashwood Billionaires series. It's a steamy, single mom gets her rockstar, second-chance romance.
Tom and Hannah were high school sweethearts. When he was sent to London after some trouble, it was supposed to be for the summer, but it turned into 17 years. Now he is back visiting his aunt and uncle after his divorce. He made it as a rockstar but doesn't feel as if he truly fits in London. Hannah is a single mom to Dylan and out of a bad relationship. She is working as the housekeeper at his aunt and uncle's house. They have a hysterical run in right at the beginning... what a way to reunite.
These two deeply loved each other and realized the feelings still remain, even though they try to fight it. Hannah is pretty bitter. She plans to leave for LA with her son while Tom will go back to London. Is it worth it trying for a second chance? But meddling family and pesky feelings will help them find their way back to each other.
As with all Nicky books, expect bladder-leaking laughs (the chocolate scene, their naked meet... Lol...) and panty-melting chemisty.
This was such a great, heart-felt second-chance romance. I am so sad the series is over. I love the Dashwoods so much!!!.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A female 30+ protagonist , with a 13-year-old son, blames her ex-boyfriend (when they were about 17) for breaking her heart and leaving her (the kid was taken to UK for various reasons and could not refuse), for a few years after that having unprotected sex which resulted in her above mentioned son (sure, fault of her ex for leaving her), and then having to leave yet another relationship closer to her current age because he was cheating (yeah somehow that was her Ex's fault, too) - all because he left her and she chose the wrong men afterwards. In case you still wonder: no I did definitely not like the female protagonist, I think she was a stuck-in-teenage-hormones whiny person who always lay the fault at others' feet. Furthermore: did the author research employment conditions and contracts and the way companies are directed in Europe, specifically in the UK? I don't think so, because someone attacking a customer, no matter how provoked, would have been instantly dismissed. Male protagonist? Someone who builds up a business and all of a sudden makes stupid mistakes regarding timelines and organisation? I don't think so. Pity as the plot as such would not have been bad, but the protagonists completely ruined it. Including the oh so realistic (not!) side characters.
When Tom went to live in London leaving Hannah behind seventeen years ago, he never thought his first meeting with her would be naked in his Aunts hallway. But that's exactly what happens and she doesn't hold back on her anger and humiliation from back then. It's like he's hit full force from a tornado, he never realised how devastated she was and at first he always meant to return. Hannah knows why he was sent to live with his Aunt and Uncle in England but it didn't make her feel any better. She really thought what they had was real and meant the same to him, ok they were only teenagers but she loved him and he just left. Too much has happened since and it's not only her now. This is a story of realisation, growth and forgiveness sometimes it's a matter of what's important. Although this is fourth book in the series I haven't read the others and still enjoyed this second chance story. I don't think I'll every forget the chocolate making class it was hilarious. I thoroughly enjoyed it that much ill actually read the rest of the series now.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Tom Dashwood and Hannah Hepburn were high school sweethearts but then Tom moved away to London and Hannah hasn’t seen him in 17 years. The last thing she expects to see at work one day is Tom standing stark naked in the hallway. Hannah is now a single mom to her son Dylan and working hard to build a new life for him. Tom is a billionaire music mogul who has spent half of his life living in London but is back home for some rest and relaxation. He broke her heart once and she can’t get close enough to let him do it again.
I have absolutely adored every one of Nicky’s books and this one was no exception. It’s funny, swoony and warms your heart 💕 There are so many actual laugh out loud moments. The chocolate making scene will live in my head for a long time 😂 Meddling Aunt Maggie is one of the best side characters ever.
Hannah and Tom have undeniable chemistry and the spicy scenes are 🥵🔥
This is the 6th and final book in the Dashwood Billionaires Series but all the books can be read as a standalone 💕
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
*I received an arc in exchange of an honest review*
I simply adored this novel! To start, it’s HILARIOUS! A true rom-com, with a (re)meet cute that had me cackling & where the MMC had his hands full (IYKYK). Hannah & Tom are pulled apart by circumstance as teenagers, brought back together somewhat unexpectedly & know forced to be in the same home. She immediately lets her hurt feelings towards him be known, but in desperation to get on her good side those ice cold memories begin to melt away.
As a single mom, Hannah has always had to depend on herself. When Tom rolls in (& by extension his family), she starts to open up & see that there are others who want to help her. The way Tom is immediately memorized by Hannah had me swooning! He’s such a little cutie & I adored how he was determined to care for her & her son Dylan. Also, it can’t be left unmentioned but Aunt Maggie is the GOAT!! Her & Uncle Jim’s scheming were some of my absolute favorite scenes from this novel. Such a blast to read!
If you could have a second chance with someone who is on the run because of there past would you take it? These two were eachothers first love and since Tom left for just the “summer” it turned into 17 years in London returning to town after a quick divorce and ghosting Hannah 17yrs ago. Hannah has been on the run with her son Dylan and is currently staying with Jude Tom’s cousin and is even helping. This book has a second chance but also gives these two people to heal from the hurt from 17years ago and maybe build something stronger then what they once had. This book is a fun second chance read and is the first book that I have read of the Dashwood Billionaire’s Series and I cannot wait to read the others. This book is a good fun read especially if you enjoy reading a second chance story that might cause a few tears but also laughs.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I love this series and this new book is a great addition. The opening scene will make you lol and have you binge reading this story. Hannah and Tom are such a fun, delightful and sassy pair. The banter, overall dialogue and their journey to being a couple is fantastic!
Young love, many years have passed, and hurt feelings lead to a story full of emotion, facing vulnerabilities and overcoming challenges to make an amazing life together.
The chocolate making class may be my favorite scene in the entire book. I laugh out loud and loved every cringy bit of it!!
I love how Tom encourages Hannah….her musical moment brought tears to my eyes…such a special moment for her.
They have such an amazing love story…there are bumps along the way…struggle to forgive the past, fear of the future…but an undying love for one another gives us an amazing and delightful HEA.
The perfect amount of rom and com, with a side of angst and spice!
This was so much fun to read and as a first time reader of the Dashwood Billionaires, you can read this very easily as a stand alone, or as part of the series (pretty sure this is no. 5 or 6 in the series)
Without spoiling anything - the progress of the storyline was great, and it wasn’t drawn out like other rom-coms can be. It was light, easy to read, with the right amount of depth and drama haha. I love good Easter eggs that link the books with each other, so I’m excited to go and read the other books now, and see what moments and comments link with the other books.
The lead into the next book was very much “art imitates life” in its character introduction (If you know your celebrities, you’ll clock it as soon as you read it), but I’m still excited to read it nonetheless when it’s released.
⭒ ⭒ ⭒ ⭒ • • ✨THAT REUNITED FEELING IS AVAILABLE NOW!!!✨
I have to start this off by saying this had no reason to be THAT funny 😂 I found myself giggling and laughing several times throughout this. This being my first Nicky Redford book, I’m not super eager to check out the rest of this series!
That Reunited Feeling was a hilariously charming second chance romance that quickly stole my heart 🫶🏻 I absolutely loved Tom and Hannah’s nearly two decade long chemistry - it never fizzled out in all that time!
I loved that Hannah was a single mom and she made her son her top priority. She was going to do whatever was best for Dylan even if that meant separating from Tom again 😭 Mom of the year!
Then the ending 🥰 Gah I loved it.
However, once again, a me thing and not a book thing, but I did struggle through some of it 😣 My brain is so out of it with reading lately 😭
Arc Review: Overall Rating: 4 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice Rating: 2.5 🔥🔥 Tropes: 💜 Romantic Comedy 💜 Second Chance 💜 Single Mom 💜 Billionaire Music Mogul 💜 Hilarious Yet Adorable Meddling Aunt 💜 British Hero (Semi-British Accent) 💜 Rockstar Vibes 💜 Laugh-Out-Loud 💜 Sexy Chocolate Making 💜 Naked Meet-Cute
I really enjoyed reading Hannah’s and Tom’s story. Tom and Hannah had great chemistry and that old history. This story felt very heartwarming and was just so sweet plus funny. I have to say I think the chocolate making class had to be my favourite part of the whole book, it was just so funny I couldn’t stop laughing. But that ending has my heart.

Awesome: This was an amazing book and I loved every minute of it! There was the perfect mix of drama, family, humour and of course, romance. Tom and Hannah made an adorable couple and I was so glad that they got to have their second chance together. Overall this was a fabulous ending to what has been an outstanding series. The dashing Dashwood brothers were all wonderful in their own way and I loved seeing these strong ladies bring them to their knees and how well they all complemented each other. This book is Amazing! Nicky does such a great job at the characters and story line being relatable, yet witty and it just really pulls you in ! Tom and Hannah have quite the past they were each others first love until Tom left and it broke Hannah’s heart she moved on got married and had a son and now has escaped a bad marriage she is a live in maid for Tom’s aunt who assured her she wouldn’t see Tom yet here he stands in front of her in nothing but a smile 🔥🫣 can they get their second chance at love or will things be too much ! This book is a must read !! I promise it’s worth it ❤️.

This is another wonderful addition to Redford's Dashwood Billionaires series. Perfection - just perfection! A wonderful balance of sweet and steamy as well as all the laughs and the best HEA! These characters are just as amazing too! While all the books in this series can be read as standalones, they do interconnect. This book is Hannah and Tom’s story and will have you crying with laughter! The best of second chance romances. I was so, so sad that this is the last in this series - and while I hate this series is over, I can't wait to see what Redford will write next! I just can't wait!

I got bored. She would be mad at him for all of two seconds then be fine. I get it, he ghosted you 17 years ago and you’re pissed, I would be too. But the back and forth got old. I didn’t care for his Aunt Maggie meddling in everything either and both Hannah and Tom being mad but then fine with it. The story also felt repetitive - for example, I don’t know how many times it was mentioned he was sent to London for acting out and was able to turn it around.
Tom and Hannah knew and loved one another once upon a time. Tom went to England to visit family as a means to help him get his head on straight. It worked too well because he didn't go back home, to Hannah, for 17 years. Of course, seeing one another again reignites old fires, but living on different continents puts a huge damper on their romance. But....well...love. :)
I was most excited for their book and loved them together but the slowest burn and then immediate break up really pissed me off especially when she kept dragging her feet with him and about him. Also the fact she just left without having an actual conversation was beyond ridiculous and him waiting a month to finally go find her was as well.
What a sweet finish the the Dashwood series. I love that even though both Toma and Hannah have been through a lot that life circles them back around into each other’s lives. This is a steamy, sweet romance that feels a lot like fate and destiny is real. Lovely characters and dialogue.
I’ve absolutely loved this series but the FMC in this one was so annoying, she constantly had a go at him for a decision he made when he was sixteen and was so opposed to everything all the time
