After almost losing his life, Jewel Sanchez vowed to get out of the game for the sake of his family, but after his son and girlfriend are kidnapped, he soon feels like the streets are not ready to let him go. Jewel seeks revenge against those who he once called brothers, but when the M.A.C. Boys are targeted by a rival clique, GMB, will they be strong enough together to survive?
My heart is in my throat. This is exciting drama. Never read anything this dramatic. I am in awe of the writers mind to bring the story into reality. Prayerfully Jewel can make it through. Reconciliation is important.
I think that some authors write because they enjoy it while some, such as the author of this book, write because they have the talent for it. Author Sasha Ravae has done it again with part 2 of this series! This was well written, whoever is doing the editing is awesome at what they do as well. Nothing is worse than having to decipher sentences in a book.
Diamond (Ms. Simple Minded): At first I thought she would be different, and had herself together but oh how that went left-field. I didn’t think she would be that simple minded and gullible when it came to Marcus. This is what happens when you are looking for happiness in others and don’t recognize your self-worth…maybe she will get it together at some point.
Pop (Mr. Ego): He is the definition of taking on more than you can handle… He didn’t know when to walk away while he was ahead…Will his realization of being overly focused on his self-pride cost him his life? Or will there be a second chance to get it right….Hopefully, part 3 answers that!
Reagan (Ms. Potential): I always liked Raegan since book one, but her actions sometimes made her look like a spoiled child or just plain naïve. Just when I thought she had grown out of being so naïve she slightly falls back into it. She can’t seem to catch a break in any aspect, so I’m waiting to see her get it together and take control of her life. I got a feeling she has the potential to get all that she wants and more if she “woke up” and stop acting so powerless.
Jewel (Mr. Misfortune): Jewel still can’t catch a break, but sometimes I wanted to slap him and say “man up." His actions had me singing Lil Jon song “Bia Bia” at certain points within the book. He gets so many situations thrown at him that it made me wonder if he is "built "for the life he chose. His love for his family showed he had a heart and wasn’t as cold-hearted as he wanted to be. With time winding down on survival, I wonder if he was going to give in and remain in someone else’s shadow or turn into the dominant force that he so much wants to be…
I know Sasha has more in store to mess with my emotions…so I can’t wait until I can start part 3.....
Love it! I definitely did not see Golden's death coming so suddenly or did I see that Gabrielle was Jewel's sister wow. I really like the pace of these books. I can't wait to read number 3 to see how it all wraps up. Yay! Jewel and Reagan are back together, I'm so happy he accepted the fact that she was having Brandon's baby.

This was a page turner! Jewel is the man, but he can't seem to catch a break. Pop what is wrong is with you? Diamond is losing her mind, hope she gets it together. I like K2, Gabby better watch out, and then to Ms. Reagan she is something else, but I like her and Jewel together so I hope it works out.
I chose this rating becAuse the story line is really good. Reagan has been through so much but she really brought it on by herself. Will Jewel ever really forgive her for messing around with his best friend, and will Jewel turn pop over to Kisino? ll see in the next book which I already purchased.
This part was just ok. I found it hard to get into-it was nothing like part 1. It was confusing and drawn out. I don't understand why there has to be so many parts when really it can just be one book. I will say it got interesting towards the last few pages.
Good follow-up to part 1. Plenty of action--Jewel has his hands full with all this drama! Diamond has really gotten herself into a mess! Maybe she will make a turn around! I hope Pop makes the right decisions ! Great read!
Hot,Hot,Hot read. I think I held my breath all the way through this one. This was a great follow-up from the first one. I'm about to dive into part 3 now. Great read!!!!
It is to much dishonest, no loyalty and no trust n this book here!!!! DRAMA with all caps is the word for this one. I hope it ends good for Jewel in book 3
