Those who've read any of the Shane Ryan stories are familiar with Eloise, one of the many ghosts who comprise an integral component of Shane's home and household. We also know that Eloise, although once long ago a young girl, actually is one of the scarier, and quite dangerous, spirits. Her inability to mature to adulthood means she retains a childlike sense of adventure and play; but also envy, and she definitely does not appreciate being crossed. However, Shane's house is overloaded with ghosts, some far worse than little Eloise....or are they? Come peruse this frightening collection of eight new tales concerning the "afterlife" of Eloise, and find out for yourself.

I really appreciate the new "Haunted Secrets" Series from Scare Street, introducing us to the various other personas with whom "Ghost-Aware" Shane Ryan shares his long-time residence!

This is the second Haunted Secrets book I've read and while I don't know Eloise as well as I know Carl ( the subject of the first book), she is a compelling character nonetheless. We do get some snippets of her past but I would have liked a bit more in this area. Eloise is a dark and violent entity. She has no qualms about killing anything or anyone, including ghosts, if she perceives them as a threat to her home or to Shane Ryan. In the stories presented here, Eloise shows us her dark side, and deeply dark it is.
I like this series. There are four books so far but I hope many more follow.

What can I say but. .FRIGGING AWESOME!
Eloise is such a interesting character and shows such a wide range of a child's emotions. Sometimes you're wanting to cry for her and then in the next second RUN AWAY! 😉 😂 Like the child she is she can fluctuate quickly 🙆 Definitely loving finding out more about her! I highly recommend this book as well as anything else by Scare Street! 🙌❤😱

Loved! But to be clear you should probably read a few books about Shane first, lol so you know who she is and what you might be in for. I enjoyed this completely. I received this as an ARC and voluntarily choose to reveiw.

Loved all of Eloise's tales! I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Each story gave me the chills some made me look over my shoulder . The narrator did a fabulous job portraying Eloise and all the characters in each tale.
