Forcible Returns
Part 2 picks up directly after part one, Tina, Bob, Thomas and Shara are coming back to Hell, their mission to test the effectiveness of using the common flu virus against the Givers and their organic houses a success.
They are back and are shortly joined by another group of humans, the Desert Rats, who have been successful in removing Giver technology from cars. The nearest American Military base in Yuma, although damaged, would still be a major victory to get under human control. With Givers ranging north looking for the attacking humans, only a skeleton crew of Givers is left. Several members from Hell, including Shara will follow the Desert Rats, to help. Their mission is a success only upon return to Hell, it has been destroyed. Thomas is dead. In her greatest moment of despair Shara noticed tire tracks leading out of Hell. Somebody has escaped, but who and where have they gone?
