Replenish: spots of time for reconnecting with the sacred and yourself

Rate this book
We all need soul seconds, spots of time in which to reconnect with ourselves and with the sacred. We need time to re-center, to come back home to our bodies, to call our spirits back. This book offers 90 days of sacred pauses for reconnecting with your soul, from an earth-centered, goddess-inspired perspective.

A lovely little 90 day devotional to oneself. It's nothing earth-shattering. Then again, it isn't supposed to be. In the opening, Molly quotes a few different writers who talk about "soul seconds" and "spots of time". These are meant to be daily moments of practice rather than anything large or complicated. It's a very good book when starting out a daily practice without knowing what to do OR when you are too overwhelmed by life to design or do anything intricate but you want to do SOMETHING. A wonderful little book to help you come back to center, if only for a little while.

There are also 8 "bonus" poems/reflections in the back, titled "Extras for days when you need another second..." which I appreciated, whether because I wanted to dive deeper on a particular day or when that day's reflection didn't particularly resonate.

While I a walk a goddess-centered path, I will say that that isn't necessary for this book. There are 4 or 5 at most to my recollection that mention Goddess. So this practice is set up for pretty much anyone, regardless of their spiritual path.
