OK, this isn't as dull as it sounds: I write and edit how-to and self-improvement books in the For Dummies series. I also managed to publish some poems here and there in the UK.
I'm currently reimagining a blog at 1000-Foot View. More on that soon. (Currently under construction, but I'm proud of the layout.)
This basically reinforced everything that I have previously read in other books just from the point of view of building a healthy immune system. The book gave a good explanation of how the immune system works and what certain foods and medications do the immune system. I really have to start taking these topics very seriously.
