A great little book. As someone who is new to yoga, I found this a good introduction and it helped to reinforce what I’d learnt in yoga class. Plus, I really liked the pocket size of the book and the feel of the pages - nice paper :). It’s got some lovely quotes and affirmations in. An all round good book.
I absolutely love this little reference book! It’s packed with great poses, tips, and suggestions on how to maximise your yoga sessions, whether you attend a class or practice at home alone. The illustrations are beautiful, and its compact size makes it perfect for travel, the gym, or for stashing in your desk drawer at work if you need a bit of zen in the office. It’s a fabulous five-star read, darlings!
