The authors of this book have overcome depression and anxiety. They had first-hand experiences themselves and want to help you overcome these things. It uses positive reinforcements to reclaim authority over your life. I have already used these ideas in my life. I recommend this book to anyone that's wanting to try something new.

practical tips on positivity

Lots of useful strategies to help with common mental health struggles. Approachable and has a lot of step-by-step coping mechanisms sometimes repetitive and not necessarily revolutionary information if you have been studying this area for a while. Overall good read and glad about it.

Depression and anxiety have affected me for years. Through my inpatient and outpatient treatments, I learned many of the things the author delves into here. I wish I read this years ago.

This is a great, uplifting books that gives several great strategies for reframing your mind into positive thoughts. I specifically liked the journaling and embracing your imperfections.
