I was very impressed with this entire book. There was lots of action, not too many characters, and several twists. An excellent read. Reads pretty fast. Two thumbs up.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. One of my favorite genres of fiction is home invasion. It’s probably also the genre that terrifies me the most because it’s something that can actually happen. This was a great story where you really care for the family. You want them to survive and at the same time you can’t wait to figure out what the mystery is. Why are they being targeting? What happened to make the invaders want to take vengeance on the family? All your questions will be answered in this taught and fast paste thriller!

This was a good book. Very psychological and dark. Bloody, visceral. It leaves you rooting for the bad guys. But really, who are the bad guys anyway?
The characters are very believable and the setting Christopher has laid out is phenomenal - I really felt like I was there.
I loved the ending!

See Red - An interesting story with good characters and well written story lines set at a good pace. Intriguing and full of problems that no amount of planning could have covered every base. The last chapter is the frosting on the cake. Some profanity but no explicit gore. Source: The author. 4*

20240720 Update. I received the paperback version and am happy with the easy-to-read font, pages that do not display the other side, a strong cardstock cover, and the lack of fumes. Of course, the story was still entertaining. Print is still the only way to fully enjoy reading.
