Ten months ago, Kasie Foster broke up with the perfect man. Andrew Stoll was kind and supportive and sported amazing dimples. When Kasie prayed about a future with him, it didn’t feel right, so she walked away to pursue her theater dreams in the UK. Instead, she finds herself putting her plans on hold to help her recently widowered brother care for his young son on a remote air force base in Texas. She has no regrets. London can wait a year. But when an awkward chance encounter with her college sweetheart resurrects memories of what could have been, she struggles to keep buried the complicated feelings that arise whenever Andrew shares his dimpled smile.
Kasie is the last person Andrew expects to see during his intense year of pilot training with the United States Air Force. Once upon a time, he was head over heels for her, and when they parted ways back then, he had no choice in the matter. But after their shocking reunion, he finds himself incessantly brought into her orbit. It’s impossible not to see their reunion as fate—a second chance at love—and he vows to fight for her affection. But navigating the path forward is no easier now than when she broke his heart in college. Because how can they build a life together when they’re still headed in opposite directions?
Chalon Linton is an air force spouse, a mother of four, and a fan of all things romance. Jane Austen has long been a favorite because who can resist handsome men in tailcoats? Manners, wit, and true love, combined with a faith in God, guide her stories to a happily ever after. She has met friends from around the globe and is grateful for each experience that adds to her own faith in the goodness of people. Chalon currently lives with her handsome husband in Southern California.
What a delightful second chance romance! I must admit I’ve had bad luck with Second Chance romances in the past but this one, is what they should all be like! Amazing! Kasie puts aside her dreams of acting, temporarily, to move to Texas with her brother and help care for her nephew after the death of her sister-in-law. Her brother is stationed at Laughlin Air Force Base. While living on base, she unexpectedly runs into her ex again. Andrew is in training to be a pilot and didn’t expect to see his ex, Kasie, again. He never wanted to break up with her, it was her that did the breaking up. However, he feels this is God giving them a second chance and he is going to fight for her. Like I said, I loved this story so much. Some of it was very relatable to my own story. Andrew and Kasie are both wonderful people. Kasie gives such care to her nephew and brother, but also helps others on base. Andrew is also very caring and helpful. I love how he fights for Kasie but also gives her time to pray about their trying again. I just love their friendship and how real their relationship seems. I also enjoyed the community of friends/neighbors they have on base. Overall, I thought this was an amazing story and I definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
'...if there was one thing I knew about Andrew, it was that when he set his mind to something, he didn't hold back.'
If you're looking for a mood read for the 4th of July, Chalon Linton's Air Force series is a great place to look! This is book 3 in the series; they can all be read as a stand alone and all are unique and very much their own stories!
Andrew is a great MMC. He's patient, charismatic, doesn't give up and isn't afraid to say what he wants. Kasie is a determined FMC. She gets her second chance with Andrew as she moves on base with her brother to help care for his son as wife/mom has recently passed from cancer. Kasie has her own dreams and is trying to figure out God's plan for her and work with His timing.
This is a great story highlighting the Air Force, life on base, second chance romance and having faith that things happen and work out for a reason!
Learning to Fly is available NOW!
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Content: loss of a spouse (off page, cancer), second chances, Christian elements, romance-kisses only.
“I’m happy you passed.” “Happy enough that you’d be willing to give us a second chance?” “I’m praying about it.” “That’s all I need to hear.”
Learning to Fly is such a sweet and endearing story about Kasie, a girl who puts her life on hold to help out her brother who is serving in the Air Force. This selfless act puts her back in the path of her former love, Andrew, and offers them a second chance at love. Opportunities such as this warm my heart faster than the deserty Texas sun and I was swept away in watching these characters chase their wispy dreams and try to solidify their future hopes.
Faith and religion play a big part of this story and it was interesting to see how the puzzle pieces of fate, kismet, luck, or whatever you want to call it, wedge together to shape a beautiful picture. I really enjoyed this book and would especially recommend it to anyone who loves these types of uplifting romances.
Content: mild romance; off-page death of spouse; moderate talk of religion

The Air Force Romance series is fantastic. Learning to Fly is a heartwarming second-chance romance that really resonated with me. Kasie is a caring sister who sacrifices her dreams of moving to London to help her brother raise his son after his wife's passing. She never expects to run into her ex-boyfriend. As emotions bubble up, Andrew, who is kind, handsome, and patient, wants to rekindle their romance.
This story emphasizes faith and the journey of developing a relationship with God. Though Kasie and Andrew have their own dreams, they ultimately realize that they want to be together more than anything else. Both characters are incredibly relatable, as are the supporting characters like their neighbor Hope, and Kasie's brother and nephew, Noah.
I also appreciated gaining insight into the sacrifices military families make for one another. The author’s personal experience with this lifestyle adds authenticity to the story. This Christian-themed romance is perfect for fans of second-chance stories with lovable characters. You won't want to miss any of the books in this series.
I got to read an early copy of LEARNING TO FLY by Chalon Linton. This story draws you in from the first page when we meet Kasie Foster, who’s put her life on hold to help her air force brother through a difficult tragedy. Things become more complicated when Kasie learns that her ex-boyfriend is in pilot training on the same military base when she discovers that the sparks between them haven’t died. I love novels that feel authentic, and that’s what you’ll find in this second-chance romance. Heartwarming and endearing, with characters that feel like family, LEARNING TO FLY is worth the read!
I devoured this book in one sitting! I loved the sweet and tender second chance love story! It had my heart soaring and left me with a big ol' grin on my face! From the first page to the last, I was completely invested in these characters!
Kasie and Andrew's story was delightful! There was heartache and sorrow throughout the story but it added perfectly to their story. Some of the heartache was not their own but led them to where they were. That first (second) meeting-remember this is a second chance story-had my heart pitter-pattering! I was so excited for them and loved watching all of their subsequent interactions.
And can I just say that Andrew is adorable! His love and care for Kasie was palpable! And he wasn't going to walk away without a fight! All the heart eyes for his sweet romantic actions! You're going to love him so much! And Kasie's goodness just shine through. I loved watching her have faith and trust that God was guiding and directing her.
Soooo good! A must read and a highly recommended book from me!!!
Content: Clean. Some kisses, no language. Christian fiction novel with the characters talking about trusting God and having Faith in Him. Trigger warning: loss of a parent, grieving spouse.
I received a copy from the author/publisher, Covenant Communications. All thoughts and opinions in the review are my own.
This is a story of second chances. Katie moves in with her brother, putting her dreams on hold, to help him with his son after his wife dies. She had broken up with her boyfriend previously as she did not feel right about pursuing the relationship. She runs into Andrew at her brother's base and her brother is one of the instructors.
This Christian Fiction is a book about faith, prayer, forgiveness, and second chances. Katie has hopes and dreams that she wants fulfilled, but she also believes in God's plan for her life. Throughout this journey she learns to trust a bit more and learn to let God take control. Andrew has his own lessons as he seeks to complete the elite pilot training. Both examine where they are, their faith, what they want, and what is God's plan for them in their lives.
I love this series and Chalon Linton's treatment of these characters and this world within the Air Force. This is a winner for those who love military romance and Christian Fiction.
I would recommend this book and this author again and again.
This next book in the series was beautifully written and full of so many emotions. I loved how Kasie learned to lean on her faith and her family when she faced difficult decisions. The family element resonated so strongly with me, Kasie being willing to put her dreams on hold for her brother was a beautiful sacrifice. Readers will find themselves cheering Kasie on every step of her journey. I loved Tucker and Noah, Hope, Ian, and Andrew. Each character felt real and like they were friends. The Air Force world was so fun to enter and I loved learning about call signs and heavies versus fighter planes. If you want an emotional contemporary Christian romance, then you do not want to miss Learning to Fly! I received a copy of this book for free; all thoughts and opinions are my own.
I enjoyed this second chance romance. I liked how Kasie and Andrew learned that sometimes the timing needs to be right in order for us to achieve our desires. I liked that they struggled with figuring out how to make everything work and that they learned to work together to find a solution. I also liked that they had people around them who were encouraging them and helping them as they tried to find a way to be together. I thought this was a good story and would recommend it.
I received a complimentary book from publishers, publicists, and or authors. A review was not required and all opinions and ideas expressed are my own.
Romance, sweet contemporary, military setting and Christian faith elements; series but stand alone read Kasie and Andrew’s story was a sweet, second chance romance. Filled with Kasie’s worry’s and both their hurts from the broken-off college romance. As they meet by chance on an air force base where Kasie’s widowed brother is living next to Andrew’s cousin and his family, where they meet a year after their broken relationship. Loved their faith, Andrews determination to slowly win Kasie back, and they both remember their feelings, and what a good relationship they had. Loved the air force pilot training backstory and the base setting. Kasie and Andrew’s sincere, sweet hearts and their attraction and caring for each other made for a lovely second chance for them both. Great side characters, lots of fun and interesting side stories made for a fun addition to this series. Loved this addition and how things worked out for the best for them both.
If you grew up with the OG Top Gun then pilots are clearly all desirable. This author’s newest book definitely was appealing. And I have a thing for a man in uniform.
The man in inform is melty Andrew. And when he encounters the girl who broke his heart he is determined to convince her to give them a second chance.
Kasie doesn’t want a second chance. (You know how long that’s going to last.) She’s got plans and dreams of her own after she’s done caring for her nephew.
And so their story begins. There is a strong faith thread through the decisions the couple makes and that was relatable to me. Plenty of laughter and fun and romantic moments, but it’s really about finding your person and moving forward with faith. Even when that forward motion brings the challenges of the unknown.
Such a perfect Hallmarky story that will warm your heart. Thank you to every one who serves and for the family they leave behind while they do.
I have loved this series of Air Force romances and this book was no exception. Learning To Fly is an awesome addition to the series!
This book has so many great elements to it - a swoony Air Force pilot, a kind leading lady, the sweetest second chance romance, awesome side characters, and overall themes of faith and prayer.
Andrew and Kasie had so many sweet tender moments between them. I loved that Andrew never gave up fighting for Kasie. He was willing to give her time and space to figure out what she wanted, but he still fought for her. I was so excited for things to finally work out between the two of them!
Learning to Fly definitely deserves a spot on your TBR list if it isn't there already. And lucky for y'all, it releases this Tuesday, so you don't even have to wait that long to get yourselves a copy! 🥳
Many thanks to the author and publisher for the early copy; all thoughts are my own.
The whole time I was reading this book I couldn’t help but think about a post @lintonloveslife shared a while back about a low review for a ‘Christian Romance’ being too churchy! Well, I just want to say that I absolutely love all the churchy religious stuff, and think it’s what helps make her books so amazing! So thank you Chalon! I love that I can feel inspired and uplifted from a fictional book! 🩷
Learning to Fly is an absolute treat for anyone who loves a heartwarming second-chance romance! Kasie and Andrew’s story pulled me in from the very first page, and I couldn’t help but root for them the entire time. The way Andrew fights for Kasie while giving her the space to rediscover their connection feels so genuine and sweet. Plus, the supportive community on the Air Force base adds an extra layer of charm to the story. If you’re looking for a read that’ll leave you with a smile and a full heart, this is it!
If you haven’t read the other two books in this series you definitely should check them out!
*I read an early copy from the author/publisher. This does not affect my review. This review is voluntary.*
This one's surprised me, in a good way! I wasn't sure what kind of story this one would be when I picked it up, but hoped for at least a fun light romance. This is that, but I enjoyed that it was even a little more of a deeper story than that! I've enjoyed some Covenant Communications books before, even being a LDS publisher. I tend to be picky about what I read, and so I like knowing that before picking up a new book or author. This one provided an delightful read!
Kasie and Andrew are a cute couple, and I loved seeing how they finally strike a balance. There were some fun surprises along the way, and a few exciting twists that I adored! This is part of a series of stand-alones, and while one of the characters from a previous book was mentioned (which I only learned after reading this one) I had no trouble reading this one and following along with the story.
This Christian realistic fiction was an enjoyable read! It had lovable and relatable characters that you can’t help but root for.
It does a beautiful job of highlighting what it’s like to look to God for guidance and what can happen when the answer(s) don’t make sense. The outcome is worth the wait!
Andrew and Kasie went their separate broken-hearted ways after dating in college. After a year, their paths unexpectedly cross again. Andrew is willing to fight for their future. Will Kasie do the same?

“I’m going to show you that we can work. You can live your dreams and I can live mine. And we can do it side by side.”
This is a cute and heartwarming Air Force second chance romance! It is filled such endearing characters, fun romantic moments, sweet kisses, and is weaved tastefully with a thread of faith throughout. This is actually book three in the series and can be read as a stand alone but, the first two books in this series are just as good!
I felt this story nicely shows a great glimpse as to what it’s like being an Air Force family and the importance of a support system. I loved seeing how the main characters come together again, and then navigate the possibility of what a second chance could mean for them going forward. I especially loved how Andrew wasn’t about to stop fighting for Kasie. He wasn’t going to push her or make her. Instead he is patient, steady thoughtful in his ways to show her, he is in it for the long run. Seeing him capture Kassie’s heart for the second time was heartwarming and tender! This is a good book worth the read! 📚🙌🏻🥰

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.
Adored this lovely second chance romance! The story and characters were so relatable. I loved the first two books in the series, but I think Learning to Fly’s my new favorite. This sweet, tender story of faith and second chances had me hooked from the start. It’s definitely a book I’m going to have my daughter read.
Kasie Foster broke up with an amazing man because it didn’t feel right after praying about their relationship. His dreams of being an Air Force pilot seemed to clash with her dreams of working on the London stage. Kasie’s dreams are put on hold though when she volunteers to help her brother and two year old nephew after her sister-in-law’s death. The last person she expects to see on her brother’s remote Texas base is Andrew Stoll, the amazing man she broke up with and never got over. Andrew’s as charming and handsome as ever, and this time, he wants to prove to Kasie that they can make things work.
I loved this romance mainly because both characters were such great people. There was nothing preventing them from being together other than it didn’t seem to be the right thing at the time. I loved how their time away seemed to only strengthen their love. Andrew’s such a great guy and I enjoyed the way he was willing to fight for Kasie yet respected her space and desire to make sure being with him was the right decision. I loved how faith played a role in both of their lives. Despite a few bumps along the way, I enjoyed how they were able to work things out.
I listened to the audiobook version and loved the narrator. She did a fantastic job bringing both male and female characters to life. There’s a large supporting cast of characters and I enjoyed how she made each one distinct. If you’re short on time, definitely recommend the audiobook.
Highly recommend this delightful, sweet romances with great supporting characters, a lovely story arc, relatable faith issues, and wonderful main characters you fall in love with. While it’s part of a series, each book can easily be read as a stand alone. I received an advanced complimentary copy from the author/publisher. All opinions are my own and voluntarily provided. 4.5 stars raised to 5!
Kasie has had some difficult crossroads in her life. I appreciated how she worked through them with prayer and thoughtfulness, and growing through her sacrifices. God directing our paths is a major theme of this book. The introduction to Kasie involved a bit of an info dump which read like a narrative conversation. Once Andrew reappears in her life, the story takes off with the tumultuous feelings he brings out in her. He's pretty adorable, and I loved their vibe together, even when Kasie is unsure of their future. The author does an excellent job of portraying military life and this specific flight training phase, what the pilot and family both go through. As someone who has lived that life herself, I didn't doubt that any of the details she included were authentic. The pace of the book is slow but steady as Kasie assimilates to life on base caring for her toddler nephew, and develops a support system while also supporting others. Her dreams of theater production seem to be on hold, but she finds ways to share her talents and bring joy to those around her, opening up opportunities as well. My favorite part of the story is her relationship with Andrew and how they take it slow, but with purpose and intent, always seeking the Lord's will for them and finding peace with the reassurance of answered prayers.

Kasie puts her life plans on hold for a year to help her widowed brother and his young son on an air force base, and the last person she expects to see is Andrew, the guy she broke up with ten months earlier. She knows it was the right call, despite how she felt about Andrew and how amazing he was, but seeing him again makes her wonder if they really could have a future together.
Andrew always thought of Kasie as the one that got away and now that fate has stuck them together on a remote air force base, he has another shot to convince her that they are meant to be together.
What you'll love: Second chance romance Single pov Air Force MMC second meet-cute he falls harder the air show Andrew's persistence! all the romantic moments the sweet kisses! Light faith thread
Such a delightful second chance romance! I love how much Andrew was willing to fight for Kasie (I mean, does it get any more romantic than that?) but doesn't push or manipulate her. They had sooo many sweet moments together and I loved watching Andrew capture Kasie's heart for the second time.
I felt like I learned so much about life for members of the air force and their families - you can tell the author knows what she is talking about. Loved all the genuine and endearing characters!
This is a stand-alone book in a series of air force romances but I suggest you pick up the first two books as well! Such a fun series! 4.5 stars
I received a complimentary copy but a positive review was not required.
Thank you to the author for this #gifted book!* ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Title: Learning to Fly Author: Chalon Linton Genre: Contemporary Romance ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Synopsis: “I’m going to show you that we can work. You can live your dreams and I can live mine. And we can do it side by side.” After tragedy has struck her family, Kasie finds herself living on a military base helping her Air Force instructor brother with his toddler and Kasie wouldn’t change that for the world even if it’s not how her plan was supposed to work. Kasie dreams of the returning again to theater life one day, but when she runs into her ex-boyfriend on base, her heart wrestles between two different loves: her career or her ex, Andrew. In spite of confusing emotions and different dreams, Andrew determines to show Kasie that a life together can be possible.
Analysis: Learning to Fly is a sweet, clean romance with themes of family, chasing your dreams, and, of course, romance. While this book wasn’t a page-Turner for me, I did love the characters and specifically Kasie’s development through the story. Andrew was completely dreamy! And Kasie faces a familiar battle of figuring out what her true dreams are. This book had me reminiscing of my early Christian fiction days with the military romance which I thought was super fun! If you’re looking for a light-hearted, wholesome, easy summer read, give this one a try!

ARC REVIEW • Learning to Fly by Chalon Linton • I have this Finn Wolfhard notebook where I list each of my book boyfriends and I’m adding “Andrew Stoll” to it this very minute… Not really because I have a puppy on my lap and she disables me from physical tasks, but I will. In all capital letters with the American flag 🇺🇸 and hearts 💕 beside his name because WHY IS HE SO SWOONY AND HOT AND OVERLY RESPECTFUL? Can I have one? 🙋🏼♀️ Apart from the darling book boyfriend, this book is so beautifully centered around God. Every page mentions Him or prayer because as a second chance romance (which I also love), Kasie wonders if leaving Andrew once before had been a good choice and if she should try again. It’s a golden opportunity to and he’s DETERMINED to make her fall again. Kasie spends the book wondering about Gods plan for her and asking Him why in the heck she is so confused. But alas, we all know how it goes 😊 I think it’s definitely the perfect book to read over the 4th of July 🇺🇸 WHICH IS PERFECT because Learning to Fly will be available on July 2nd (and to be honest it’s available already because @covenantcommunications is SNEAKY 😆) (or is it just the platforms???) Anyhow, THANK YOU, Chalon and Covenant for the opportunity to ARC read this glorious book. I absolutely love it and frankly, everything you write Chalon—I’d read your grocery lists 🫣 And I also want more military romances 😍
This book. Ahh, it was so good! I really enjoyed the first two standalone books in this Air Force Romance series by Chalon Linton, but Learning to Fly just raised the bar. This is the kind of story that stays with you. I absolutely loved reading it. First, the faith elements woven throughout this book were so real, so natural, and honestly, everything I want in a Christian contemporary romance. I like how Kasie exercised her faith to pray and humbly sought God's will and direction. It never felt preachy to me and I could actually see myself in Kasie's world and the faith journey she was experiencing. Andrew was absolutely charming and so supportive. I love the military representation and the way Linton just beautifully shines a light into the world of being a military spouse, family member, and/or girlfriend. I could feel her real-life experiences and knowledge poured out into this book and the way it brought out all the feels throughout the story. This is a refreshing second chance romance, with real obstacles and relatable characters. The connection between Kasie and Andrew was fantastic and I was cheering for them the whole time. This is a clean romance. I highly recommend it.
Kasie is spending a year in Texas with her recently widowed older brother and nephew, Noah. She planned on going to London to pursue theatre, but her family is important to her. Kasie’s brother is an instructor in the Air Force, so she will be there as a civilian to help them as they adjust to life without her sister-in-law.
Unbeknownst to her, Andrew her former boyfriend is also stationed on the same base as her brother. Ten months earlier she and Andrew broke up because she didn’t think she could do a long-distance relationship. She had prayed about the situation but didn’t feel right so she walked away. I
Though this started slow, it kept its pace, and me on my toes to know what was going to happen between Andrew and Kasie. The characters were all so well-developed, I didn’t feel left hanging on the plot. It was awesome, it was a great read for a warm summer day.
Learning to Fly was a sweet and heartwarming story of second chances, reliance on God, and just plain good ole’ HEA!
I am always up for a second chance romance story. Especially one with great characters and a story like this one.
The book started and right away I appreciated what a great person/character Kasie was. She drops all of her plans to help her brother with her nephew, after he loses his wife. I loved her kindness and patience. I admired that about her.
Kasie meets her old college boyfriend, Andrew, while in Texas at the base she’s living at with brother Tucker, who’s an instructor. Andrew’s training to be a pilot. Andrew was also a great character. He knew he loved Kasie, and never stopped and he was also so patient and kind.
The book also shows behind the scenes of military life. And I haven’t read many books with this in it. I really enjoyed that aspect of it. There are ups and downs for them and I enjoyed reading Kasie’s and Andrew’s journey to together.
I received an eARC from the publisher. All views and opinions are my own.
What a beautiful sweet love story. A second chance romance. Kasie and Andrew had dated through college, but their dreams didn’t coincide so Kasie decided it was time to break up. But when her dreams were still put on hold when her sister-in-law became ill and passed away. She followed her brother to Texas to help take care of his now motherless baby. What she didn’t expect was to run into Andrew who had also moved to Texas and was living on the same Air Force Base. I love the characters of the story. They were so perfect for each other and now they finally found their perfect time to be together. I love watching their story grow and develop and their commitment to each other and the people they loved. I also loved the community that surrounded them, people that sacrifice for our country but also love and work together to unite one another. This is a clean, wholesome Christian romance.
“I’m going to show you that we can work. You can live your dreams and I can live mine. And we can do it side by side.” 🛫 I was instantly intrigued by this Air Force, inspirational romance! My dad was in the Air Force and even did some training in Texas just like the characters! 🛫 This story was so unique! While you learn a lot about the difficult training that those in the Air Force go through, it was also a story about seeking God’s will through your life and the twists and turns it takes. 🛫 Andrew is definite book boyfriend material! I loved seeing how both Andrew and Kasie had learned and grown from their previous relationship and the effect it had on their second chance. Another sweet highlight was the supportive community that was found on base and in their families! 🛫 I really enjoyed this one and hope you love it too! 🛫
This was not my favorite of the trilogy. I’m not a huge fan of second chance romances, so that didn’t help matters. I just wasn’t able to connect with Kasie, I just did not really like her. Andrew seems just a little too soft for my tastes, maybe soft is the wrong word but it’s close. I feel like the author was aiming for a sweet guy who would do anything for his girl, in like a cute endearing way, but to me in this case it fell short of being a good thing. I also felt like this book was more disjointed than the two previous books in the series. There were a lot of characters that were thrown in for one, maybe two scenes and never referred to again or not even fully explained as to who they were it made it very confusing.
I love this Air Force romance series by Chalon Linton and because second chance romances are one of my favorite tropes couldn't wait to read this latest addition to the series. Kasie Foster has theater dreams but puts them on hold to help her brother and 2 year old nephew after his wife dies. She doesn't expect to run into her ex-boyfriend on a remote Air Force base in Texas. This unexpected reunion with Andrew, reignites old feelings and forces her to confront their past, the reason they broke up, and the uncertainty of their future.
What a great second chance romance! Kasie and Andrew are wonderful characters who get another chance to love and help each other achieve their dreams. I loved how Andrew made his feelings known but didn't push Kasie; he let her work things out at her pace. I enjoyed watching Kasie's personal growth as she learned to have faith that things could work out.
I liked how the author gives us a glimpse into the challenges faced by military families and how the sacrifices made by those who serve can affect their loved ones. This is a wonderful read for anyone who enjoys a good second-chance romance with characters who feel real and situations that touch the heart.
I received a copy from the publisher, Covenant Communications. All thoughts and opinions in this review are my own.
A delightful read! I really love how this air force series is just slightly connected but not so much that you have to read all the books to know what's happening. What sets this one apart from the other two is the fact that the couple in this story already knew each other. I really loved how they used their relationship with God to know when/what was the right choice for them. I think this one had a more real religious theme for me than the others which was beautiful! A wonderful addition to this series!
