EXPOSURE (Kyle and Alice)

Alice Newton doesn't live the college life she'd expected or hoped for. She's just lost yet another job, her college workload is mounting, and she's about to find herself homeless because she can't pay her rent.

Kyle Logan runs a club, a club offering very specific services. One of his best 'workers', Jenny, has just run out on a client, leaving Kyle on the hunt to track her down. The path leads him to Jenny's empty dorm room, a dorm she vanished from during the night, much to her room-mates confusion. That room-mate just happens to be Alice Newton.

When Kyle comes knocking, the seeds for a mutually beneficial relationship are sewn. And, just as a bonus, Kyle is just about the most delectable man Alice has ever laid eyes on. Those eyes, that square jaw, those dimpled cheeks. He's irresistible.

The question Alice needs to ask herself is: how much is she willing to risk to build the life she's always dreamed of, and is Kyle really all he seems?

CRASH (Crash and Elle)

Elle Harper is running scared. Running from a psycho ex boyfriend left behind in California. Running from the great life that she took over a year to build.

Crash Logan is troubled by the recent murder of his father, a death that puts him as head of the family. He's got businesses to run, a family to take care of, and the unrelenting thought of revenge on his mind.

When Elle comes rolling into town, she finds herself quickly embroiled in so much more than she bargained for. Her new room-mate at college, Alice, just happens to be dating one of the best looking guys she's ever seen, Kyle. That is, until she meets his older brother Crash

As Elle begins to quickly build a new life away from her troubles, she finds that Crash Logan may not be the train-wreck that people would have her believe, and may just be the man she needs when her past begins to catch up with her.

TWIN PASSIONS (Jack, Cade, and Gemma)

Zack Logan has always lived in his twin, Cade's, shadow. Cade is the local hero in town, his epic victories in the boxing ring making him a major heart-throb among the local female population. But when Zack first sees Gemma on Cade's arm, his jealously begins to consume him.

Gemma Watson knew Zack in high school, and they were best friends before Zack was expelled and ripped from her grasp. When she meets Cade in the gym years later, she thinks it's Zack and is drawn towards him. Sucked in like every other girl in town, Gemma and Cade soon start a fast relationship, bringing her back into contact with the first boy she ever cared for...the first boy she ever kissed – Zack.

But when Gemma's boss, editor of a national lifestyle magazine, steps in, Gemma is put in a position where her loyalty to both brothers will be sorely tested. With a big promotion dangling in front of her eyes, and the biggest fight of Cade's boxing career on the horizon, everything builds to a crescendo, where pain, betrayal, and local scandal hang in the balance.

ADDICTED TO YOU (Jude and Amy)

Sometimes you can't keep running from the ghosts of your past...sometimes you have to turn and confront them.

That's what Amy O'Brien thinks when she returns to the city of Branton after a 3 year absence. She left because of her father, because of what happened, because of who he was, but now it's time to put the past where it belongs, and move on.

When she meets Jude Logan, the youngest of the Logan brothers, her short stay in town takes a completely new turn.

HORRIBLE DNF

Exposure 2 star story
Alice is struggling to keep up in school while working to pay her bills. One particularly hard day, after losing her job, her roommate up and leaves in the middle of the night. Kyle is sent to look for her, and ends up offering a job, since her roommate's position came open. The job is working as a stripper for elite clientele. Desperate, Alice ends up taking the job. But she eventually learns that more is expected of her, and she is drawn into more trouble.

This book was boring. There was no chemistry, no romance between Alice and Kyle. There was no depth of characters. Basically Kyle and Alice meet a few times, aren't supposed to be together, and screw a couple of times in flat sex scenes. The plot wasn't interesting, it didn't go into any detail of anything interesting. We know nothing about Kyle. Heck, he and Alice barely even interacted in this book. For being called a part of the Logan brothers series, we don't even get his point of view. There is no good reason to like him, and there is no good reason to like Alice. Heck she wasn't special since we find out she wasn't that special. Kyle risked himself for another girl before, just like he was doing for her. Alice is at times acts like she is better than people, and thinks she knows best.

Crash 2.5 starsl
Elle's ex boyfriend has gone off the deep end. Ever since she broke up with him, he as exhibited increasingly disturbing behavior. So she moves to Montana, where Alice is her new roommate. Through her, she meets Crash. Crash has taken over the family, and has started running the family businesses. Now he is investigating who killed his father so he can exact revenge, and trying to build an empire.

My first impression of Crash is that he's an a-hole; calling his brother a mutt, and a dog. Elle seems to drink so much, in just about every scene, and just embarrasses herself. The timeline is weird. I can't tell how much time had passed. There is barely interaction with Elle and Crash. And when they do interact, it's nothing special. No chemistry. Elle is infatuated with Crash. She thinks she knows him so well, when they haven't really had any real conversations. And she doesn't really believe the rumors about the murder. But Crash is just as guilty or murder as the one who pulled the trigger, because he had the business partner kidnapped, and then left him ther knowing what would happen. And Crash is barely thinking about Elle during their time apart. . No sex

Twin Passions

Love triangle which IHATE. Cade is a douche. Not a satisfactory ending. skimmed through

DNF AFTER 3rd story. this was a major disappointment

.
This book needed a little editing. Things like, "his eyes flashed red" uuh, is he a demon? Another thing, it seems like the author is trying to make it seems like the setting is in the US, but it's full of British words and phrases.

All in all this series about the Logan brothers was good. It's not a series that I'd probably feel the need to read again though. I think Jude would have to have been my favourite Logan brother.
