I met Micah in London in 2019, where he was doing a talk on a yacht in the Thames (it could not sail, though!) titled Essentials of Building the Ultimate Customer Service Experience. After the keynote, we got to speaking, and Micah generously gifted me his book “Your Customer Is The Star: How To Make Millennials, Boomers and Everyone Else Love Your Business.” I was so inspired by Micah’s talk that I read the book on the flight back to Copenhagen later that day.
Since then, Micah and I have kept in touch and we did a webinar discussing customer service as the new value center.

In today’s market, meeting and exceeding (Plus-one!) customer expectations is a competitive advantage. Customers who consistently experience excellent customer service from a brand buy more, stay longer, and tell their friends about it. Contact centers are no longer seen as cost centers but as value centers. How do you transform your customer service towards perfection? This is where you need Micah’s guidance and advice!

Micah is a true expert in the field of customer service. In “Can Your Customer Service Do This?” he covers essential topics like building customer loyalty, the power of purpose, service recovery, language, technology, continuous improvement, and how to make changes stick. The book is filled with hands-on examples that help you do something different today compared to what you did yesterday.

Here are just three examples of the takeaways you will get from the book. Firstly, with The Art of Anticipatory Customer Service, Micah guides you up The Service Level Ladder to deliver truly iconic customer experiences. Secondly, he helps you turn customer service ideas into actions that will help you retain customers and grow your business. Finally, let Micah introduce you to his MAMA (pun intended!) framework.

With this book, you will get the best tools and tricks from a master of the trade to deliver exceptional customer service.
