I did not invest the time that this book needed to have immediate consequences on the reader's life I think, but I did still get a lot out of this book at I know a lot of adults who could greatly benefit from reading this. It had so many strategies and things to think about and check in points, plus it would go back to them from time to time throughout the book. It gave good examples, and I think it achieved the goal it set out to achieve. Sure, some of the situational examples may have been a little unrealistic, and you do have to commit to not doing other things while reading in the case of an audiobook or just reading tiny bits at a time since you often need to do exercises or journalling when it tells you to, but overall I think this can help a lot of people in many different ways.
