It bothered me a little that the chronology jumps around so much, but this is a very pretty little book: it’s a nice size, it has some some beautiful photos, and the pages are thick and glossy. I think it’s a good general introduction to the history of the fashion house, and that’s all I wanted it to be.

Please Note: I read this in French and while I’m not confident I understood every sentence perfectly (in fact, I’m confident that I didn’t), it was a comfortable read even at my beginner level. I liked the parts about Audrey Hepburn’s costumes the most.
